I came for sclerotherapy last spring, they had flooding on the other side so everything was done in a poorly lit room. The appointment ran at least 30 minutes behind because the high amount of women waiting for the vein clinic they only run on certain days, and while waiting I overheard multiple nurses discussing the doctor who i was about to see and I considered calling the medical board because it sounded like a terrible workplace to be at. I chose to not proceed with them for any further procedures.

To advise the nurse at this place, I bought an IV pack. She said my insurance will cover that price. However, after payment, my insurance refused to pay me. I was at Ageless 30 this afternoon and they won't refund me for two doses I haven't received yet. I get the advice because I guess the doctors and nurses know about this, but when I asked for a refund, no one wanted to be responsible for this and the lady at the reception was very rude to me. I explained to her that I can't afford 493 dollars worth of vitamins, but she doesn't care about my problem and she also doesn't let me explain to the owner to get a solution.

Fantastic service. The laser hair removal technicians are really helpful and professional. The experience was really fast too. Much better than the other spa I had been to get laser hair removal. After 2 sessions I have hardly any hair left in the underarm area. Staff are polite and helpful. Space is clean and feels spa like. Prices are very fair.

I went for the IPL promotion. I was greeted by beautiful, friendly staff. The Procedure was pain free and thorough. Its been a few days, so still waiting for my skin to repair, but I can definitely see results with it bringing any blemishes or dark spots to surface. I can't wait for my glowing skin to return. I highly recommend this.

I have been here for laser hair removal 4 times and I was very impressed. The store is super clean and a great atmosphere. They never let me wait . The staff are extremely friendly .Very professional in my opinion. Naomi is amaziiiiiiiiiiing and her attention to detail is excellent too. I will definitely be going back again and i highly recommend this place.
