Ruby, with over 20 years of experience, was incredibly detailed and knowledgeable—I felt completely at ease in her expert hands. My skin feels rejuvenated and glowing! Highly recommend Alfa Spa for anyone looking for professional and high-quality skincare treatments.

I had an amazing first experience at Alfa Spa & Wellness today with Vicky. I called to book a massage and the booking process went smoothly. Once I arrived I was taken right to the treatment room and advised how much to undress and how to get on the table - which from my experience as an RMT is expected but often goes unexplained. When Vicky came to the room she confirmed how long our treatment time was before beginning. Due to the nature of my profession I get massages regularly (bi-weekly sometimes weekly) and this massage made my top 5. I was impressed with the pressure, detail to each body part and being able to focus on my problem area. The little details that I loved were the head massage and hot towels. I’m so glad to have finally found an amazing place to get my massages and I look forward to booking other services here in the future.

I loved this place. My boyfriend just took us for a couples massage, and they really made me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. We almost both fell asleep, and didn’t want to get up after the massage was over ????

Misleading Information and Disappointing Experience at Alfa wellness Spa I recently visited Alfa Wellness Spa with the intention of getting a special postnatal massage, as confirmed by the phone receptionist. However, to my dismay, the experience turned out to be far from what was promised. The massage I received was not even close to a proper regular massage, let alone a special postnatal one. While the masseuse did a decent job, it was evident that the service was not as described. What was most disappointing was the misleading information provided by the receptionist. Despite confirming multiple times over the phone about the special postnatal massage offering, the actual service fell short of expectations. It is unacceptable to provide false information to customers, especially when it concerns specialized treatments like postnatal massages. Furthermore, when I raised my concerns with the receptionist after the massage, her attitude was dismissive and unapologetic. Instead of acknowledging the discrepancy in the service provided and taking responsibility for the misinformation, she displayed a lack of professionalism and customer care. As a regular customer of Alfa Wellness Spa, I had come to expect honesty and quality service from them. However, this experience has shattered my trust in their offerings. I urge fellow customers to be cautious when opting for any special treatments at this spa, as it seems that they might not deliver what is promised. In conclusion, the misleading information and lack of accountability displayed by Alfa Wellness Spa have left me deeply disappointed. I will not be returning to this establishment and would advise others to think twice before seeking out any special treatments there. It is essential for businesses to uphold transparency and integrity in their dealings with customers, and Alfa Wellness Spa failed to meet this basic expectation in my experience.

Worst experience I have had here. I have been coming to Alfa for years and whatever massage I got yesterday was horrible. 75 minutes of getting someone’s elbow jammed into my back at rapid speed. Nothing about it was enjoyable. I even asked to lighten up the pressure to see if that would help but she didn’t change anything. Now I have bruises all over my back. On top of this the masseuse left twice during my massage to go to the front desk.
