Benz Thai Massage & Spa was such a relaxing experience! Got an hour massage here for $90 and it was definitely worth it. They focus on spots of your body that may have knots and your tension is definitely releaved. Benz Thai is located in the basement unit with a really nice view small walking trail into the spa. There's relaxing music and very friendly staff to assist you. There's also a washroom you can use if needed and a few cozy seats you can relax on.

I was referred here by someone I trust, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, the experience was very unprofessional. I had a confirmed appointment and took time out of my busy schedule—plus travel time—to be there. I arrived five minutes early and messaged upon arrival, receiving a casual “hey” in response. I waited at the door and rang the bell—no one answered. I then waited another 15 minutes in my car and tried calling and messaging again. No response, no follow-up, no explanation. Extremely disappointing, especially given this was through a referral.

Benz and team are highly professional and one of the best in my opinion. Struggling with frozen shoulder pain and related stiffness was professionally dealt with a session by Benz. Combined with stretching, this team is amazing. Courteous, polite and professional. I would highly recommend anyone to them and even continue their services in the future. Amazing place, truly the best deep tissue massage I’ve gotten. The place is clean and cozy. 100% recommend. Note to book in advance as they are really busy.
