Every visit at Blanche Neige always makes me feel so welcome and cared for. Rose and the team definitely go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience. For example, I had a laser hair removal session during the middle of the day when the sun was still brightly shining so the technician applied sunscreen. (Other places I've tried just try to get you out the door as fast as they can.) I also really like that their machines are highly effective and I've seen results in fewer sessions compared to other spas.

I had a wonderful experience with Blanche Neige Spa! The customer service they provide is extraordinary - I felt welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. The technicians are highly professional - I came in with specific concerns, and they addressed them promptly and with great care. The treatment results were beyond impressive—I noticed a real difference right after my 1st hair removal session, and only thin and fine hair grew back after 3 weeks - I couldn't be happier with this amazing result!! I also had a payment issue with Groupon and unfortunately they would not resolve it for me. BUT the lady from the spa quickly responded to my question and provided a solution for me! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional laser hair removal or a beauty spa that truly values its clients and delivers exceptional results. I'll definitely be returning!

I can't express how impressed I am with the Brazilian laser service I found. I spent a lot of time searching for the right place, comparing prices and reading reviews because this isn't something i wanted to take lightly. This was the only place that not only had great reviews but over 200 five-star ratings. That’s incredibly hard to achieve, especially in this kind of business. I chose here, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I didn’t expect it to work as well as it did. The price was the best compared to other places, and I got a three-session package. The clinic is so cute, and the technician really knows what she’s doing. She’s super nice and makes you feel comfortable. The results have been incredible. After just the first session, she told me that all my hair would fall out in about two weeks, and that’s exactly what happened. About 60% of my hair was gone after just one session. I was amazed! I've now completed my second session, and I’m literally hairless—I’m in shocker at how well it’s worked, and I still have one more session left. This place really does speak for itself, and those five-star reviews are well-deserved. I’m so happy I chose to go here.
