This was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Ivy was able to work out a lot of the tightness in my upper back, went super deep into it, and helped stretched me out. She’s very knowledgeable and offered some additional advice for exercises and stretching that could help alleviate the pain too.

Had a quick trip to calgary this weekend, wanted to have some relaxation day. We tried a lot of places that accepts couples massage but this is the only one that accepted couples massage that time and that wasn't a sketchy place to get one. The people here are most friendly and the vibe of the place was amazing' Didn't make us, especially me uncomfortable during the session. Location was perfect too as it's in downtown area. ???? % recommend! Deserves more than 5 stars!

Incredible massage from Ivy! Words cannot put into how her 1-hour full body massage was truly transformative. A professional and passionate massage therapist that understands her craft and the client’s needs are hard to come by. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist in downtown Calgary. Her independent business is currently housed within Inner Beauty Spa Massage and Wellness. Direct insurance billing was available so using my benefits before the end of the year was a breeze. Thanks Ivy, I hope to see you in your own space someday!
