I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cleopatra's Rituals, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by a serene and inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The space is impeccably clean, with a thoughtful design that feels intentional in every detail. The staff at Cleopatra's Rituals Spa truly make the experience exceptional. They are not only kind and welcoming but also highly professional and knowledgeable about their treatments. It’s clear that they are passionate about what they do, which adds to the overall positive vibe of the spa. A few of the standout features for me was the heated marble slab, a custom hair spa treatment that left my hair feeling rejuvenated and the refreshing lemon water. From the steam room, to the sauna, to the snow room to ensuring I had dry towels and robes, and everything in between, this spa really thought of everything. Cleopatra's Rituals Spa is a delightful escape that I can’t wait to revisit!

i don’t write reviews, but i am not even exaggerating when i say this was the most relaxing experience of my entire life. i did the thermal area for 90 minutes, followed by a half hour bath and a relaxation massage. this entire place is so beautiful, SO clean, and so welcoming! the 2 girls at the front desk were so so kind and happy, and i had my bath prepared by maryna who also did my massage, and she was beyond excellent. so kind, and the nicest and most relaxing massage! it was a birthday surprise by my amazing husband, and the girls gave me a hand written little birthday card and an organic soap as a birthday gift, as well as a little chocolate and drink while i had my bath! i would recommend this place to ANYONE and everyone, i can’t say enough good things!!!!! ????❤️ everyone who works there seems so happy to be there and overall it was the best spa experience i’ve ever had. already can’t wait to go back

What a gorgeous spa and at a reasonable price. I came with two of my girlfriends and we had the place to ourselves. We enjoyed every minute of it and left feeling relaxed but also happy that we were able to chat a bit in the rooms without disturbing anyone. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone.

Cleopatra's Rituals is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the stunning, brand-new facilities and the thoughtful attention to detail. The sauna, steam room, and snow room were all immaculate and provided such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The soft, ambient lighting adds to the tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect escape. I also appreciated all the little touches that show how much thought has gone into creating a luxurious spa experience. I can’t wait to return and try the mud ritual and head spa—this place is truly a sanctuary for self-care! Highly recommend!

Spent my time here with my daughter for my birthday. From start to finish - it was the best spa experience I’ve had in Kelowna! Right up there with sparkling hill, and super accessible to locals. Azaria, the owner, did a beautiful job with this place. I would go again, 100%. Will be recommending this to all my friends. We did the thermal room, wine bath and a massage! The wine bath was divine!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience at this spa! The ambiance was serene and luxurious, and the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. The steam room, sauna, cold water buckets, and snow room ❄️ left me feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Perfect for a relaxing escape. I appreciate the level of intentionality brought into this space from the lighting to the selenite in the walls, and imported Moroccan clays and local wine used in treatments. I'm looking forward to returning for spa treatments in the future.

Um. Cleopatra’s Rituals KNOCKS it out of the park. I had the most amazing time there with my mom, celebrating her birthday. I don’t think I’ve had more fun at a spa, and have experienced a more relaxing time. Each ritual was unique. The snow room was INCREDIBLE. And I even felt brave to do the water buckets! Our wine bath was so incredible, I’d do that service again for sure. I have my eye on the mud bath ritual next and the scalp spa. Will be back. Anyone who is second guessing their booking — don’t. You won’t get this anywhere else in the Okanagan. Azaria - you are a brilliant business woman. I wish you all the success in the world.
