"I called 4 times to make bookings for 3 ladies for a Bachelorette. The receptionist, Susie, said that everything was booked. On the day of one of the girls' booking was magically not there. It was very annoying because the original plan was for reflexology for her, and then that had to get canceled because there was no reflexologist. Thus, the multiple calls were made. Finally we settled with a pedicure, which ultimately didn't happen because the booking was "not in the system". And to think, Susie had also said offered our 4th friend join for a pedicure that day too. I'm happy she did not have to be disappointed. I received the facial which was relaxing however no extraction services were done and I still left with white heads. So it wasn't really worth the price of the service and wouldn't recommend spending money on that service. My friend who had the massage was booked with a therapist with very strong and bad body odor. You would think that at a spa the smells would be pleasing and relaxing. Also, hygiene? Nice ambience, pricey services with poor results, and horrible "system". The receptionist apologized but honestly it doesn't make up for the time lost and overall bad mood that we left with. I was called later and was told I would be given a discount. They refunded me $35 (about 8% of the total service and definitely more than the tip I had left). I wish I had known that one of the bookings had been canceled before I paid so then I wouldn't have left such a high percentage of the tip."

"I just came home from an incredible 3 hours spent with Sally. I have used the spa services here in the past, and they have always been wonderful, but today's experience with Sally was incredible. "i don’t write reviews, but i am not even exaggerating when i say this was the most relaxing experience of my entire life. i did the thermal area for 90 minutes, followed by a half hour bath and a relaxation massage. this entire place is so beautiful, SO clean, and so welcoming! the 2 girls at the front desk were so so kind and happy, and i had my bath prepared by maryna who also did my massage, and she was beyond excellent. so kind, and the nicest and most relaxing massage! it was a birthday surprise by my amazing husband, and the girls gave me a hand written little birthday card and an organic soap as a birthday gift, as well as a little chocolate and drink while i had my bath! i would recommend this place to ANYONE and everyone, i can’t say enough good things!!!!! ????❤️ everyone who works there seems so happy to be there and overall it was the best spa experience i’ve ever had. already can’t wait to go back"

"Um. Cleopatra’s Rituals KNOCKS it out of the park. I had the most amazing time there with my mom, celebrating her birthday. I don’t think I’ve had more fun at a spa, and have experienced a more relaxing time. Each ritual was unique. The snow room was INCREDIBLE. And I even felt brave to do the water buckets! Our wine bath was so incredible, I’d do that service again for sure. I have my eye on the mud bath ritual next and the scalp spa. Will be back. Anyone who is second guessing their booking — don’t. "I picked this massage center reading good reviews on google map. Pavel gave me a massage which was supposed to be a whole body and focus on neck, shoulders and upper back. Therapist is very courteous, respectful and gentle. He was kind enough to give me the option to cancel the appointment if the driving on snow wasn't possible/safe. I really appreciated the gesture. Massage was ultra slow and focused like 80% on my neck-shoulders-upper back, with very less massage on hands, lower thighs, calf, and feet. Feet was done through the sheet and was very quick that I didn't even feel anything. Overall, massage was mediocre, and less energy. I specifically asked to to harder, but Pavel said, "don't blame him for sore muscles the next day (with funny tone), but let's see." I kept seeing but the massage didn't go firm and to me, it was not at all a massage that I was looking for. I needed to be relaxed, which I did in that moment, but it didn't last long at all as after 15 minutes of the massage, I didn't even feel if I received a massage. Soreness? When I didn't even get a firm press, why would I even get any soreness? Overall, I am not satisfied with the massage as I said I need whole body with focus on neck-shoulders-upper back, but it was done majorly on the neck-shoulders-upper back, very quick on hands, and feet through the sheet (I took shower before going there, did the therapist feel that my feet were dirty?) My chest, thighs were not massaged at all. What is full body massage then? In the end, I can say it was a massage, but it wasn't effective and it's effect did not last even 15 minutes. Despite me asking for firm presses, it wasn't done. This is not an excuse that "he didn't know my body yet." When the customer is asking for firmer presses, why not do it? Well, the end result? I will not go there again. There are many other massage parlours in the city, I'd rather explore more than try to settle with a mediocre massage that doesn't even change when I ask for it."
