After attending Cloud Nine, I don’t believe I’ll ever go to another spa again! Not only is their customer service superb, but the outcome of the work they do for you is also incredible. I have gotten manicures, facials, massages, as well as bought some of their fantastic products from their Eminence line. My esthetician, Vienna, really helped me to clear up my skin of acne with her facials as well as teaching me how to properly use the Eminence products in my nightly routine. She has also helped my, once, fragile nails to become strong and long again. Adding a touch of beauty to them with her fabulous paint jobs, along with some nail art. Every time I attend, I am greeted with a preference of tea, coffee and/or water for the or duration of my service, which makes the experience that much better! I highly recommend Cloud Nine Spa to anyone and everyone! (:

Had an amazing pedicure, facial and massage here a while back. I went back this weekend to take my mom for mothers (massage and pedicures), the services are always outstanding and the staff phenomenal. The environment is relaxing, it's everything you could want when taking some time to pamper yourself. Always recommend.

Loved it here. I'm a bigger woman and was nervous about going to the spa but the staff made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Vienna is a sweet woman who I enjoyed chatting with while she worked on me.The facial was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Love the fact that use organic products. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. I would highly recommend going here. Thank you again for an experience that made my day!

For a first time experience, I was blown away by the professionalism, quality and comfort I experienced at Cloud Nine Spa. From the moment I entered to the moment I left, I was engrossed in an environment built for wellness and comfort. The fireplace was warm and welcoming. The trickling of the water feature was calming. They have the Cadillac of pedicure chairs, with extensive massage features that add to the overall treatment The staff were also friendly, well-trained and skilled. Amy and her team have created the perfect day spa experience. Not to mention the spa uses and sells Eminence products, which for someone who frequents spas, recognizes and appreciates this line as one of the best. Management clearly has an appetite for high quality. Could Nine is my new favourite spa, and I can’t wait to visit again.

Had the best time here ! From the moment I walked in the vibes were great. It’s a very welcoming and relaxing environment, and the people were lovely too. I got a pedicure while enjoying tea and a massage chair. One thing that really stood how was how sanitization and cleanliness seemed like an integral part of their practice. Everything that should have been single use was single use, surfaces were wiped down often and tools were sanitized. That really made a great experience even better. Can’t wait to come back and try their other services ! Thanks for making my day :)

Such a nice space!! I had a facial with Jeanine today and it was incredible. Super comfortable and relaxing. And my skin feels amazing.
