I’m Courtney Nelson Bond, a registered massage therapist (RMT) and Pelvic Mobility Mentor in Gatineau, Quebec. I help clients achieve pain-free movement through deep tissue massage therapy, self-massage, and mobility coaching both in person and virtually. My Unique Signature Massage Style "The Ultimate Deep Tissue Fusion" blends Swedish, Californian, Lomi Lomi, and Ashiatsu techniques for deep relief. My mobility mentoring includes assessments, custom movement plans, and self-massage techniques. I’m a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ) and can provide insurance receipts for massage services. Sessions are held in my private studio, just 10 minutes from Parliament. I recently booked an appointment with Courtney, an amazing RMT, and had a fantastic experience. Her cozy studio on the Gatineau side is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Ottawa, with easy parking in the driveway. From the moment I arrived, Courtney's friendly and professional demeanor made me feel completely at ease. Best massage I ever had. Very cozy studio, everything was explained to me and I felt very welcome immediatly. I had the Fusion massage which was a mix of Swedish, Californian, Lomi Lomi, and Ashiatsu. Highly reccomend.

I have had Swedish, California, Lomi Lomi and Ashiatsu massages before. Having all four combined during a 60 minute session was amazing. Courtney Bond was great at communicating and the massage was one of the best I have ever had. She made sure to ask if the pressure was good. Insurance Receipt is available for anyone with coverage.
