If I could give this place a zero star! I would! The worst nails I gotten till date! It's so bad and Uneven! and the nail gel is all over the corner of my finger! I went in for a manicure and she messed it up really bad! I just wanted a obre nails and now they look like two different shades where just painted on either part of my nails!! They just don't match! Maybe a 5 year old can do a better job! If you're looking at my comment, this is a sign to choose a different nail salon!

Joseph at Darling Nail and Spa was amazing! He’s very polite, incredibly skilled, payed great attention to detail, and ensured my nails looked perfect. The staff is super friendly, sweet, and professional, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Should have read reviews before going to this place! Went in for a polish change on my toes and I did shellac and paid $30 for the worst job ever! He missed all the corners of my toes. It looked like a 2 year old painted them. I called to get them fixed so I went in to get them fixed and I told him their nail polish was old and I wanted a different one and he said he wanted to charge me another $30 to change the colour even tho they were re painting my toe nails. So what is the difference if I choose the same color or not? Horrible horrible place! Never ever go there! So many other places in Windsor to try. Also the owner had the worst attitude. I am sure this place will not last long.

Excellent service and care. My wife recently had hip replacement surgery (April 18) and the care given while receiving a pedicure was outstanding. I too decided to get a pedicure because of bad circulation in one leg and they did a phenomenal job. We have rebooked another appointment and will continue coming here. Very clean, bright, friendly and caring!

Loads of options for nail colours however the tech that did my nails was not very welcoming. I wasn’t asked if I wanted the nails trimmed or what shape I prefer and they charge $3 to take shellac off when you’re putting it back on doesn’t make sense. First time I’ve had to pay for it at a nail salon. She used an electric tool to shave the nail down a bit before putting on the tin foil and did not place a towel on my leg so all the dust from that was on my clothes. I have ingrown nails and it is very painful so anytime I would flinch as she was digging into me she would just stare at me so annoyed and not empathetic at all. It definitely took a while and she got them out but not a good experience with her. The nail job was not good at all I tried pointing it out but she wasn’t receptive I showed her my nail having something underneath the polish and she said she didn’t see it. Overall not happy with the service after paying $68.

Best place to get your nails done! Very clean environment, staff are professional and always do a wonderful job. They are always so accommodating for times too! I will always recommend darling nails

I went and got my nails done yesterday, they did decent on them.. I've noticed that the butterfly glitter pieces aren't placed on properly (the end bits are sticking out) and there is part of my nails that did not get covered. Otherwise the tech that did my nails did a decent job. Place was clean and I was made to feel welcome in.
