I loved my experience at Dermapure! The interior of the clinic was beautiful. The staff were very professional, welcoming, and kind. Kailyn was super gentle and informative with all that she performed during my facial. I left feeling confident and educated with no questions needing to be asked. I would highly recommend this place & will certainly be back for another facial in the future!

The staff at Dermapure Skinworks in Vancouver are always super attentive, friendly and professional. Special shout-out to Joanne who is worth her weight in gold. She has so much experience and knowledge and is easily able to put you at ease by explaining the benefits on all procedures in such a soothing manner. I’ve been a client for years and have participated in many events and treatments. They are the best!

I have never posted a bad review but my experience with this business has been the worse I have ever had when it comes to costumer service and integrity. I had bought a treatment through a silent auction and when I called them to talk about my options they were very nice but I couldn’t do the laser treatment over summer so I waited for the fall. Recently I called again and I found out the people I was dealing with no longer work there … so have been reaching out several times in order to book my appointment, and they say they will call me back and they never do, sent a couple of emails with no response back …it’s been about two weeks now and still unable to get my treatment done or even booked!

I recently got the Glycolic Acid Peel at Dermapure Vancouver and had a great experience and results. Kailyn and Aoife were so welcoming, guiding me thoroughly through the process and all my questions. They listened to my needs and how I was feeling during the peel, which was quite comforting as this was my first chemical peel -making the process a lot less intimidating. After the peel, I felt like my regular day to day products absorbed much better into my skin, I had a glow about me, and my occasional breakouts have decreased in frequency. Overall a great experience at Dermapure!

I recently visited and had an amazing experience! The staff were all super friendly and professional, and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. My technician, Diana , was thorough and explained everything clearly. She has a great bedside manner and I left feeling confident in the care I received. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The facilities were clean and modern, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return in the future. ????????????????????

Wonderful experience at Dermapure. They treat their clients with a white glove experience. Everything was professional, efficient, and I really appreciated how respectful they were of my time. Dr Jang is passionate and direct. She takes the time to explain to you exactly what she is doing and why. She is a true master of her craft. Pamela and Kelly were so lovely and helpful. They made me feel very comfortable. Lisa, the Director is also such a pleasure to deal with and I appreciated her extra touches.

I had Ultherapy treatment at the clinic 10 months ago. I am in my 60's and never had any special treatment done other than the routine facial. The treatment was a bit painful but tolerable and took about 2 hours. I was very comfortable as I was in good hands, Joanne was my clinician and she is very professional and patient. She was very careful and checked on me often. In addition, she gave me a soft ball to squeeze which was a great relief during the treatment. After the treatment I only have tenderness under the chin and some redness on the face for a couple days which I expected a lot worse. The staff followed-up with me several times after the treatment, and all the girls are so friendly and helpful. I returned three months later for my after-photos but there was no noticeable improvement. However, after four or five months I started noticing significant improvement, glow and lift on my face and I no longer have a drooping eyebrow which I am very happy about. It’s been about 10 months now still holding up, and been thinking about booking my next treatment end of the year. The team has at Dermapure is hands down so helpful and knowledgeable, thank you!
