This is the worst spa I have ever been to. It made all the mistakes a business person could make, including but not limited to being reckless, humiliating customers, cut serving time, ignoring customers, price gouging, etc. If possible, I would give it a minus 5 points.
DO NOT GO HERE. Girls over tripping and you won’t get the full service you PAY FOR. Girl I had had all attitude and the reimbursement was an embarrassing entry fee. Worst place to go to.

I had a really disappointing experience at this spa. Savannah, who was supposed to provide the service, left the room after just 4 minutes—much less than what I paid for. When I brought this up to the lady at the front desk, she not only belittled me but also blamed me for it. If I didn’t get the full amount of time I paid for, I should have at least received half. To make matters worse, the manager seemed more interested in money than in making things right. She actually suggested that if I tipped both her and Savannah, they might be able to give me more time. The whole experience felt incredibly unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be coming back.
