I use to enjoy going here because it was close by. Be careful with the online booking system. If you book incorrectly within 24hrs, there’s no option to cancel. They will charge you $35 every time. No exceptions. No customer service. I’m all for paying a penalty fee (which I have there in the past). But If I book an appointment online and try to cancel (but it won’t allow me to), so I call and leave a message and they still charge me, I won’t be back. Services were ok.

I had a very frustrating experience with this business. On two separate occasions, they failed to properly mark my appointment. The first time, I called to cancel, and they informed me that I didn’t have an appointment at all. The second time, I received a reminder for my appointment, but when I showed up, the door was closed with a sign saying they were in session. A lady saw me but didn’t acknowledge me, and it seemed like she was with a patient. It was clear that my appointment had been canceled without any prior notice to me. I immediately emailed and left a voicemail, but no one ever reached out to address the situation. This lack of respect and communication is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated.

Just had my first massage in months and can’t believe how good I feel after! I booked with Amanda and she did an amazing job. She was very thorough, was able to get deep and help relieve my back pain. Highly recommend!

I only book Leah Duval but have spoken with other therapist and they seem lovely. She is great. Best massage, very professional..always ensuring she gets to know what is most important for each session and getting my aches soothe away. Very fair pricing

I have been getting massages from Anne-Marie here for years - she runs an excellent business and is a very skilled RMT. I'd recommend the clinic to anybody, I've had other massages from RMTs here and am never disappointed.

They are a very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Individualize your service according to problem areas or issues. The scents are not too much but the right amount. Clean and efficient. All the staff I am sure are great, but my experience with Anne-marie was just amazing. She is experienced, knowledgeable and personable. Great customer service too. Would definitely recommend this place for a massage.
