I went to Larissa at Element5 Spa for a facial, and it was so good I fell asleep—more than once! (Pretty sure I snored too… oops.) That’s how deeply relaxing and skillful her treatment was. Larissa is incredibly talented, and you can tell she loves what she does. The front desk staff were equally warm and welcoming, making the whole experience feel elevated and easy. I left glowing and refreshed. Highly, highly recommend both the spa and Larissa in particular if you’re looking for a top-tier facial in a calm, professional setting.

When I first moved to the Moncton area I tried out a few Spa's for a massage. So glad I found this spot. Friendly staff and always a great experience. Definitely recommend Element5. If you're looking for a great relaxing massage, ask for Dylan. One of the best !

Saw Maddy for waxing services. Great job and really friendly. Staff is always noce and welcoming. Love that they take the wayspa giftcards you can buy at costco.

Good place overall for massages… and haven’t been able since to have my insurance accepted at the front desk so I have to do it myself… I’ve been there probably 5 times. A 60 minute massage is 120$ The beauty saloon is pricey so we haven’t bothered booking anything. The website works good for reservations

Visiting Moncton looked for something nearby as I needed a Pedi! This place does not offer a normal pedicure, no massage chair. Basically they try to create a nice relaxing atmosphere with music and scent, but the pedicure itself was terrible. Barely removed my old polish, which was gel. Did a terrible job cleaning up my toes, massage was with no pressure and actually was more of an annoyance. For the 75 minute pedicure. It cost me $110. I will never go back. Don’t waste your time or money.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service and the lack of professionalism and concern for their clients. In a recent 6 series of laser treatments for pigmentation and texture, I dealt with at least 3 rescheduling issues due to staff errors, machine malfunctions and lastly on my final treatment last week, the girl somehow zapped my eyebrow and left me with a bald spot which I am not sure will grow back!!!! I called and left a message with the spa and also contacted the owner directly and I have not been contacted or replied to about the eyebrow incident. The eye protection is obviously inadequate to protect the clients because I also experienced eyelid issues on 3 seperate appointments as well ( redness and swelling and peeling). A folded up kleenex across your eyes and topped with tanning goggles does not give adequate protection from the laser to your delicate eye area, it leaves room for the laser to get in as it is not a tight seal around the eyes! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the fact that the owner has totally ignored my message and the clinic has also not returned my message about my concern. Pay the higher price and seek out a laser salon that is equipped with experienced personnel!

I just had the best massage I have ever had. Aaron worked on my problem back and neck areas and I feel remarkably better. I highly recommend him as I have had many massages at may resorts and spas around the world and he is the real deal.
