Every time I come to Vancouver BC, I come here!!! Great service Good price Friendly staff Their foot massages don't feel "lazy". They actively massage, which I like. I see the same person all the time and I always feel so good after she's done with me. Clean, welcoming and relaxing environment.

I've been seeing Amy for almost a decade and always recommend my friends and family to her! I've followed her wherever she went and she now works here as a massage therapist. Although not RMT-certified, she is strong in getting into my knots and allow me to reduce tension in my muscles.

Like the other person here I agree it is offensive to demand a set tip price over the asking price , especially that I know the asking price is at least 25% higher than other places for equal foot massage. Also it is advertised as reflexology but she did not know anything about reflexology. Do they lose customers by this type of business practices?

Saw 4.5 star review and tried this store. Lily had a good attitude. However, massage was just Ok level. Obviously not well trained. This store does not have RMT registered either. I ordered Foot 30 mins and Back 50mins for $80 in total. When I was trying to cash out and paying by credit card, as soon as I input around 10% tip, she told me all the clients in this store knows that per session min tip amount is $10. So I had 2 session with both foot 30 mins and back 50 mins, the minimum tip would be 20 dollars. I actually gave $20 on the bill as tip on top of the service price. It’s not because that I can’t afford $20 as a tip. The reality is that, the service is not 5 Star, the lady is not well trained. For my back i really does not feel relax enough. The biggest point I left 1 star is because she mentioned every customer knows per session is minimum $10 as tips. Isn’t tipping optional and based on my happiness? Just please avoid. And I’ll choose not to be your customer any more.

I visited this place every month. Today I had the worst experience ???? After massage I settled the payment, the lady forced me to pay at least $10 for 1 part of massage. She told me that is their TIPS RULES. OMG ... tips are paid VOLUNTARILY by the customer to the employee in appreciation of good service. If they set up this TIPS RULES, they should list in their price list.

Very professional and excellent service. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, the smell, the music are all good. Jennifer is SO PROFESSIONAL and the massage itself was relaxing and helpful. I never had massage like this. Thanks

Coco was very nice and accomodating. We had a good massage and she even spent 5 more minutes to massage my shoulder and neck before leaving.
