My very first visit, guided by the skilled hands of Sayo, was an unforgettable experience of relaxation and renewal. The reception staff was welcoming and greeted me with a welcome tea. The foot massage by Sayo, a fusion of soothing strokes and targeted pressure, melted away the day's tension, leaving me feeling weightless and grounded really. What truly sets Sayo apart is not only her technical proficiency but also her intuitive understanding of her clients' needs. She attentively listened to my concerns and tailored the session accordingly, ensuring a personalized experience that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place. There's free parking for clients. You just need to register at the reception.

We had a great first experience at Flow for a couples massage. We originally booked a 60 min massage but then saw they had an amazing winter special that included a foot bath and dessert. The venue was clean and smelled wonderful. We started off with delicious tea and changed into slippers while we waited for our room to be ready. The couples massage rooms are large, and you don't feel crowded or uncomfortable. You are provided clothing to change into, and then we were taken to the foot baths. Sea salt scrub and an amazing foot and leg massage for 30 mins. After that, we went into our private room and had a 60 min massage. I love a massage, but omg, I LOVE getting stretched out. Everything got stretched, hips, spine, neck, you name it, it got worked. In the end, we were so relaxed we didn't want to leave the bed, but I'm glad we did as they had a yummy hot dessert waiting for us in the lounge. We will definitely be coming back at least once a month and will be recommending it to others. Thank you again for making our day so relaxing and my husband's birthday extra memorable. ????

Went for a 60 minute flow oil massage which I unfortunately came a little late for my first time (recommended a little early for intake form). I was feeling a bit panicked but the second I walked in, I felt a lot better, being greeted with a calm interior, two great attendants and some tea. Although I was technically only losing around 5 minutes, it ultimately didn't matter in my eyes. Which leads me to the massage. Suffice to say it was fantastic. I was kinda drooling a lot because of how relaxing it was. It truly felt like an eternity of bliss, that even being late didn't matter. The washroom was also very clean, so bonus there. The only unfortunate thing is I wasn't able to have a quick chat with the massage therapist after. I find it a nice way to close off a session, but not a big deal. So whoever that was thanks ????. Oh and there's free parking in the back. Ps I forgot to add this. Unfortunately the walls are a bit thin, so you may hear noises from outside here and there. The day I went it wasn't so bad and not a big deal to me personally. My room was also near the front so that may also be why.

The best Thai massage in Canada. Vita is an extremely talented therapist, very kind. They have an amazing offer till Jan 19 38% off, between 10 to 12 pm and the rest of the day 35 percent off. Which is an amazing deal 115.70 for 60 mins therapy. Once you visit and try you will become a regular due to the talent they have. Amazing job, we need more branches.
