I’ve visited twice and had a great experience both times, the RMTs are skilled, professional, and made the sessions very worthwhile. One thing that stood out, though, was the receptionist’s approach to tipping. We were asked quite directly, “Aren’t you going to tip?” which felt a bit condescending and put us on the spot, even though we fully intended to tip. Additionally, the pricing we were quoted over the phone didn’t match what we were told in person. A bit more clarity and softer communication would go a long way.

I don’t normally write reviews. But wowwwww! I’ve been going to this place and have had massages with many different people. I tried Emily today and I couldn’t have been happier. Very nice guy generally, but his massage was incredible!!!! I feel healed.

The spa is clean and nice, the service is good but the receptionist is unprofessional and will make you feel quite uncomfortable at the point of payment discussing tip amount and making passive aggressive comments regarding your tip. I always ensure I tip but I find that discussing the amount and making comments is crossing the line, especially when I am already tipping and technically am not obligated to. I tipped 20% to my service provider. I won’t be returning despite finding their service pretty good.
