Hand and Stone, particularly this location, is always very friendly and welcoming. The facilities are always clean and the environment is relaxing. Cameron, my RMT, is absolutely amazing and somehow manages to fix whatever is ailing me every time I come in for my regular visits. I have been coming here for a long time now, years actually, and am always impressed with his genuine care and exceptional skills. Highly recommend a visit to H&S!!

I came with my teenage daughters for facials. We thoroughly enjoyed the service. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We left looking dewy and feeling refreshed.

If I could give a zero I would . I’ve been coming here for a long time love love the therapists no issues constantly buy memberships and always bring business here . Tried to book a massage today one of the girls then manager told me my credit card expired and in order To book they needed that on file . I said can you guys do me a favor have a new born when I come in for my appointment I’ll give it to you guys . Take in this is only to secure the appointment. They did not want to help me . Really sad considering how long I’ve been going and how long my husbands been going . Today was the last day I’ll be going and will def have other friends and family not attending either .

Michelle is an amazing massage therapist. I went in with leg and lower back pain, and other than telling her my lower back was hurting, she knew exactly where all my ailments were. Would highly recommend her!!!

Save your money and skip the Christmas massage and facial package at Hand and Stone. The facial was a huge letdown—basically just someone applying a few Dermalogica products and rinsing them off. If you want anything more they’ll tack on another $40. To make it worse, the facial portion expires April 30, and they won’t bother giving you a courtesy call to remind you. The location itself is outdated and in serious need of renovations. Overall, it’s overpriced, the service is poor, and the experience is not worth it. Stay far away.

The massage therapist did not listen to me. I was there for relaxation and he went for the whole therapeutic massage and caused a lot of pain. and he talked the whole time teaching me anatomy of muscles while I specifically asked for a quiet session. Also his breath smelled really bad!!!not going there again. very poorly run.

My daughter and I both had facial treatments by LisaMarie today at Hand & Stone. Both of us enjoyed our experiences. LisaMarie took me in early, and I was able to add-on a microdermabrasion. So happy with the results! She is professional, knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We will be back for sure!

Save your money and energy and never go to MajorMac/Weston location. Horrible customer service that hangs up the phone on their customer while talking once they knew they were at fault. They still charged me $400 for a lifestyle membership but when i called to claim is they booked me first the called to cancel the apt because of my previous complaint to them which was “not using the full 50mim massage that goes under the lifestyle membership instead i have been only receiving 40min for everytime i go” so they did not feel comfortable seeing me and asked me why i am booking again with them if i am not happy!? My reply simply was because i have a $400 credit with you that you do not want to refund me! Refund my money and i guarantee you i do note want to waste my money and energy at your place. “Peep, peep, peep - they hung up while i am still talking”. HORRIBLE PLACE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.
