This was honestly the best massage experience I’ve had in Canada! From the moment I walked in, the place smelled amazing—so relaxing and calming. The whole space is quiet, clean, and beautifully designed, even the hallway feels carefully maintained. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, always smiling and never pushy. I felt completely relaxed and respected the entire time. I did a hot stone massage in a private room, and it was amazing. My massage therapist, Alice, was incredible! She knew exactly where I was tense (especially my shoulders and back from final exam stress) and adjusted the pressure perfectly. She was so thoughtful—quiet when I wanted to rest, and super sweet and patient when I wanted to talk. I left feeling totally recharged. One thing I really appreciated: they let me use an old massage card I bought ages ago—so rare to see that kind of flexibility. Also, no pressure to tip or buy anything, which is a huge relief. I’ve had bad experiences with pushy places, but here, everyone was just genuinely nice and professional. They even offer free water, a great selection of essential oils to choose from, and premium products to browse—but again, no one tries to sell you anything. Big plus for me. All in all, the environment, service, and technique were top-notch. This place is now my go-to spot for relaxation. Highly recommend Alice!

Healing Place is amazing! From the moment I walked in, Natasha at the front desk made everything so easy and welcoming — she’s awesome. I had a session with Jimmy, and it was incredible. He gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had and helped fix my shoulder, which had been bothering me for a long time. I’m so grateful for the care and attention I received here. Had such an amazing experience at the healing place, all the staff members were very courteous specially Amy who was my therapist and very patiently understood my concerns. The best part is that they let you customize the essential oils as per your preference and requirements. Highly recommend this place.
