I went for my first ever head and hair spa and it was a fantastic experience. Staff is beyond friendly, very thoughtful and caring. I received such a relaxing body and head massage that it felt like I went on a small vacation. Thank you very much for having me, Heaven Head Spa!

My daughter and I went to try this spa as it's in our neighbourhood in Dunbar. The experience and relaxation of the place was amazing - some of the best relaxation we've ever had. Not only were we able to truly relax, but we also booked the package which included blow drying our hair at the end. I thought it would be a simple blow dry, but it made our hair look amazing! The attendants were lovely and kind we plan on making this a regular self care mom/daughter date! Would definitely recommend to others!!

I went to Heaven Head Spa with my sister to celebrate her birthday. The staff are super friendly and the experience was amazing! We both felt less tension in our shoulders and more energized afterwards!

I had an amazing head spa experience during my school tour at St. George School. The hair wash with circulation water was incredibly soothing, and the gentle scalp massage helped relieve my head pain instantly. The whole process was so relaxing that I felt refreshed and completely rejuvenated afterward. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a perfect way to unwind and relieve tension! I have discount as i walk in before 3PM, good for parent before pick up time.

I’m honestly not sure how this place has five stars. My experience at Haven Head Spa was extremely disappointing. The environment was loud and not relaxing at all — which defeats the whole purpose of a spa. The bed was comfortable, but if you have any neck or back pain, I wouldn’t recommend it, as there’s no real support or care for your comfort. The service itself felt rushed and aggressive, not soothing or therapeutic like you’d expect from a head spa. To make things worse, the provider kept leaving the room to answer the phone and the door, constantly interrupting the treatment. In the middle of blow-drying my hair, she literally left and told me she had another client — even though I had a scheduled appointment. We spent $300 here and left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. It was a total waste of money and time. Would not recommend.

As a birthday present I took my mom to Heaven Head Spa. 10/10 experience for us both. Soooo relaxing! The spa is beautiful and the staff are lovely! Definitely will use any excuse to come back. Thank you Helen & Riley. ❤️

This was literally HEAVENLY! The massage was so amazing and all of their products smell so good! The face mask left my skin so soft and moisturised overall such an amazing experience I will be coming back 100% and bringing my friends! The ladies were so amazing!

Came here to try out the Platinum Head Spa to relax and it didn't disappoint. Felt very refreshed after the session and definitely would come back again. The employees were very welcoming and helpful despite this being my first time doing something like this.
