I had $100 coupon to use at this location, but lady told me I can’t use at my first appointment. This was already my second time. She made me pay full amount and asked to book another appointment and then can use the coupon. I was planning to go there again, but she discouraged me by being greedy. Such a ripoff, will never recommend anyone to go there.

After years of neglecting my skin, I decided it was 'better late, than never' and wandered into Heritage Way Medical Spa for a chat about my skin. The staff were (and still are) amazing. No judging, no pushy sales, and no nagging about what I haven't done. Instead, I get fantastic service and great products that we tailor to my skin needs as they change. It's been over 12 months since my 1st visit and my skin feels (& looks) so much better. I would highly recommend the team at Heritage way medical Spa.

Had a very pleasant experience at the spa. I had Botox done on my forehead and love the results. The consultation process was very thorough and the nurse answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable the entire time despite me feeling nervous about getting it done. 10/10 recommend

The best experience! I’m in my mid-40s and my age in my face was starting to bother me. But I am not ready for anything invasive. After a thorough consultation with Andriana, we developed a plan and series of treatments. I feel great and my skin looks fantastic, plus the droopiness around my jaw line is basically gone. Andriana is a top professional and one of the best in the business. I highly recommend heritage med spa!
