We did acupuncture here. Bruce is professional and friendly. Giving a 3 star because of the chaotic admin. They didn’t have direct billing but they didn’t ask us to fill out the required form for issuing receipts while we clearly told them we had to submit insurance claims. They didn’t allow us to fill the form online or over the phone so we had to visit the shop again. If you need a receipt make sure you ask about the procedure (they don’t issue the receipt on the spot).

Been here a few times in the past and found it to be a decent place to get a massage. I went with my wife today, both opting for 1.5 hrs of full body massage. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the 2 masseuse who gave us the massages today but for mine, all I got was a lot of HARD finger point/elbow pressure the entire time. Technique and placement was ok at best but what made it truly a bad experience was the sudden use of extreme force on sensitive areas without any warning. As I was hoping for a better massage for my wife, I was extremely upset to find out she was almost in tears after hers. As she does not speak Chinese, she attempted to tell her masseuse in perfect English to apply “less pressure, less force” a total of 7 times throughout the 1.5 hr session, only to be “acknowledged” for about 5 seconds each time before going back having to endure the same brutal finger point/elbow pressure. If you like being poked at really hard by fingers and elbows, this place might just be for you but if you need a proper massage, I would stay away. The staff is nice enough and they sell coupons which saves you some $$ if you go on a regular basis but I urge you all to at least try going a few times before deciding on the coupons. Needless to say, we are never coming back for a massage here.

I Just had the WORST massage with the masseuse named Tiffany. There are massages you don't want to end coz its that good but with her I couldn't wait till it was over. I came out worst than when i came in. I Don't wanna go in details but it was so uncomfortable.. I feel like ive been ripped off today. $90 gone lol

I haven’t visited here since COVID. I brought two friends who were 1st-time customers. I asked the service person to recommend 3 masseuses because my regular one would be absent. In the end, all three of us were so satisfied and they asked me to visit here much more often! Massages not only helps physical therapy but also mental health too!

It was clean inside and I was greeted right away. I had a acupuncture appointment with Bruce. He was very knowledgeable and try to make me feel as comfortable as possible. He also explained every step as well.
