I had an appointment scheduled at the County Court location, but due to an unexpected emergency, I had to cancel last minute. Understanding that last-minute cancellations can be inconvenient, I reached out via text to inform the clinic. The response I received was not only unexpected but felt unnecessarily harsh: “Well, that’s unfortunate. You also haven’t completed the intake form. You do not have to book with us in the future, but please if you are booking with other clinics, please do not take a spot that can be used by someone that actually requires the appointment. It’s unfair to the therapist and a potential patient that is in need. All the best with your daughter. I will remove you from our system." I fully acknowledge that cancellations can be frustrating for any clinic, and I would have been more than willing to pay a cancellation fee to compensate for the lost appointment slot. However, I found the tone of their response both surprising and unnecessary. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I’m fairly certain they don’t want me to. I hope this review helps others consider the type of service and communication they may encounter here.

Such an amazing experience! Had my massage with Sherla and she was phenomenal! Her pressure was firm and perfect! I instantly felt such a relief in my muscles and felt so relaxed after. Highly recommend!

I have had lymphatic massages from Sherla. I found her very compassionate, skilled, intuitive and knowledgeable. She has excellent customer service skills and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Overall experience was wonderful. I booked a massage two weeks later. I plan on coming back again!

Have been going to Sherla for several years now and I have referred my entire family to her. She has a very intuitive approach to massage which differentiates her from others I have worked with. I also appreciate her innovative approach in the field where she utilizes the latest and greatest wellness technologies (ie oils, hot stones, electric, etc). I am very impressed by the new space!

Outstanding Experience at In2itive Touch Therapy! I've been seeing Sherla for the past 4 years, and I can honestly say she’s one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. As someone who lifts heavy weights regularly and is also recovering from an injury, her massages are incredibly effective. The pressure she applies is perfect for me, and she’s always very receptive to feedback to ensure the massage is exactly what her clients need. The customer service is exceptional, and they’re always accommodating with scheduling. Having lived in 6 different countries, I’ve had my fair share of massages, and Sherla's is truly one of the best. The team at In2itive Touch Therapy are also fantastic, and I’ll continue to be a regular client and recommend their services to anyone. As all those I've recommended have nothing but fantastic things to say about their treatments. If you haven’t tried them yet, you’re missing out! You won’t regret it
