She was great, she gave me all the time and attention needed for my services. The ambience, the staff, the services - everything is just top-notch. I recommend everyone to try this salon out. My head to toe reviver experience with Michele was a 10/10. She was very professional and did an amazing job. My pedicure with Hanah was not amazing. She was very quiet and seemed distant. When I got home and had a closer look at my toes I was less than impressed. The nails were cut way too short leaving my toes tender. Under the nails on my big toes were not cleaned. I had to trim a jagged edge on one of my middle toes. And the nail polish application was not great. The ends were not capped leaving the white of the nail visible. The polish was not covered to the edge of some of the toes so some of the nail is visible. For the price of this service, I would expect much more. I would definitely recommend Michele to anyone but will not be asking to see Hanah for any future service unfortunately.

This spa is a true gem. It is so clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly. The lady that did my pedicure was wonderful! I highly recommend this spa and will definitely be back!

I was booked in for a haircut this evening at 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:10pm and was “checked in” by the receptionist who then told me to take a seat and the hairdresser (Olivia) was going to come get me. At 6:35pm I received a phone call from the same receptionist asking me where I was, and informed me that the hairdresser went home because I didn’t show up for my appointment even though I was sitting a few feet away from her. I then walked up to the receptionist and confirmed that I was there and she was the one who checked me in. Without any apology at all, asked if I wanted to be rebooked for another day. I had to hire a babysitter for tonight so I could get my haircut.. that was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered.

90 minute massage today. 160 + tax. The massage was in a reconfigured shower room where I could hear constant noise coming from outside the door. It felt like a budget experience. Not what I expect for 200$. I go to the spa because I want a luxury experience and to feel pampered. This was not that.

The perfect place for a pick me up, The Interlude offers hair salon, esthetics, body and facial treatments, massage, and exercise classes. On my last visit I had a shampoo and style from Baillie, and a makeup application in preparation for my engagement photo shoot. I have to say I left feeling like a million dollars. I have never had a bad experience or service here. One of my professionals said that it’s honestly an amazing place to work because everyone is kind to each other and love their jobs, and it shows! It’s welcoming, and comfortable inside with qualified, talented service staff. What more could you want from a salon? Best part? You can enjoy a glass of wine while you getting your hair/pedi/you name it, done! Highly recommend.
