"When I walked in for my massage, I was not even greeted. Instead, I said hello to the woman behind the desk and she looked up at me with this cranky expression. I said my name and that I was here for my appointment time. She said OK And started typing away on the computer. I explained that I needed to add my insurance to my profile She rolled her eyes and said OK. She put the information and then said you can sit down over there until the The therapist come get you. The massage therapist Very awkward it almost felt like he didn’t want to be there. I was confused as to why we even had to do an intake as the massage therapist asked me nothing about My intake form and had no idea about my previous injuries. When I was leaving the woman that was rude, said that I could be checked out by the other Receptionist beside her. The receptionist That I settled with, smiled and asked me if I enjoyed my massage She was cordial well, groomed. It was incredibly disappointing experience I have no idea why you would work at a spa if you don’t want to work at Or if you’re going to be rude to clients when they come in the door. Especially for the amount of money that you’re charging I thought it was absolutely ridiculous. I have been getting massages for the last five years. I have never experienced something like this. The reason why applied to go to this Location is because it’s closer to my home But I will definitely not be returning. It’s amazing in this day and age how poor customer services, especially in these types of establishments, It’s a Spa. It’s supposed to be a tranquil environment. Where you greeted with a smile and kindness. It very much felt like thanks for the money don’t come back. February 4th update. I was contacted through email by the company. I am to my understanding it’s a chain Spa. I was told to call in to manage my complaint. I think this is so unprofessional. I should be contacted, by the establishment in my opinion. Also, after reviewing past comments, it seems to me that they are perfectly fine with having that woman be at the front desk, mistreating customers as they come in. I wish there was an option to remove the first star."

"Lovely admin staff ! Always so kind when I come in and love to chat. I’ve had massages by both Emma and Emily and they were kind, polite and professional. They really listened to what I had to say. Very calm and dim lighting with smooth background noises. They make sure you are comfortable and use plenty of lotion which leaves you feeling smooth for days. They provide hot towels throughout the massage and never have cold hands. Every time I leave with less tension and pain in my back and shoulders and can’t wait for my next visit . I cannot recommend those lady’s enough. They even do direct billing to blue cross which will always be a bonus in my books"

"My head to toe reviver experience with Michele was a 10/10. She was very professional and did an amazing job. My pedicure with Hanah was not amazing. She was very quiet and seemed distant. When I got home and had a closer look at my toes I was less than impressed. The nails were cut way too short leaving my toes tender. Under the nails on my big toes were not cleaned. I had to trim a jagged edge on one of my middle toes. And the nail polish application was not great. The ends were not capped leaving the white of the nail visible. The polish was not covered to the edge of some of the toes so some of the nail is visible. For the price of this service, I would expect much more. I would definitely recommend Michele to anyone but will not be asking to see Hanah for any future service unfortunately."

"I was booked in for a haircut this evening at 6:15pm. I arrived at 6:10pm and was “checked in” by the receptionist who then told me to take a seat and the hairdresser (Olivia) was going to come get me. At 6:35pm I received a phone call from the same receptionist asking me where I was, and informed me that the hairdresser went home because I didn’t show up for my appointment even though I was sitting a few feet away from her. I then walked up to the receptionist and confirmed that I was there and she was the one who checked me in. Without any apology at all, asked if I wanted to be rebooked for another day. I had to hire a babysitter for tonight so I could get my haircut.. that was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered."
