Well, it is the first time of me leaving a 1 star review. I was having my day off and was lazy to drive to my regular artist, so chose to visit this salon as they were nearby. No doubt, the staff was super friendly, I definitely would have become their regular client if they could also be good in providing service. Their service was super slow, just for removal of paint, she took an hour I believe. First of all, she gave me a nail shape which was uneven, some nails were square, some coffin. Then, she applied paint, she coated corners a lot and left centre bit empty which made nails look weird, and she said nail paint has moved to corners as I am moving my hand to drier which is a very stupid reason to give. She quoted middle fingers too much that colour for them looked different than others. After being tired of correcting removing, I thought of leaving the place instead. I have been getting manicure from 3 years, and twice a month I get that done, I haven’t had a single bad experience than this one. I drove to my regular artist and got them redone just in half an hour, She recorrected everything, if you could see the pics after redoing it.

The best massage I've ever received, so relaxing, it relieved my neck pain. My favorite place. The nail art they do here is divine. I love what the girls do. Their work is beautiful. Their services are excellent.

Loved my experience at Kelowna Mission Nail Studio & Spa. The place is super cute and clean, and everyone was so friendly. My nails turned out perfect, exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks to Ailyn to always make an excellent job!

I loved the kindness and warmth of the people here. The service was very good. I think they shape your nails very well and don't hurt them like other places. They're also very patient when you're not sure what design you want.????

The pedicure was of good quality. I'm glad they don't use a grater for the heels, but used a heavy duty emery board type tool. Massage and foot scrub felt great. Service was such good quality and engaging with the owner, Selena. I would definitely go again!

Went in with my husband to get a pedicure. We did not want polish, just a nice scrub and nail cleaning. They did an amazing job! They took their time to get to know us, listen to preferences, and spent a great amount of time perfecting our toes.

I’m not exactly sure what to think of the service she ignored me in the beginning. I thought the nails were good but after three days, I realized that it wasn’t that great of a quality job they were longer than I wanted and I’m not exactly sure if there was just communication breakdown, but I did want a new set of nails and she just did gel that wasn’t really what I wanted. I thought maybe I could deal with the change, but I had to go somewhere else and have the nails redone less than a week after having them done!

I got a manicure and pedicure done and overall I had an amazing job done, great experience and experienced lovely customer service. I showed a picture reference to my nail tech and she matched my vision perfectly. I 10 out of 10 recommend. Will be going back for my next set :)
