"This was my first time trying L’atelier, as I live in California. I have to say I am genuinely shocked they don’t have all 5-star reviews. The salon itself is super cute, aesthetically pleasing and clean. I got a mani/pedi and sat in the most comfortable couch while receiving the services. The nail techs provided such attention to detail ensuring I was comfortable throughout the visit and making sure the shape of my nails were how I wanted them. They also spent time ensuring my cuticles were perfect. For the pedicure they not only provided a normal leg massage, but also a hot stone massage, which both were so nice and relaxing. They also put on feet warmers, which I’d never experienced before. The overall experience was relaxing and just what I needed on a rainy day. While the location is somewhat hidden, it is totally worth visiting! I will definitely be coming back during future visits to Vancouver!"

"Well, it is the first time of me leaving a 1 star review. I was having my day off and was lazy to drive to my regular artist, so chose to visit this salon as they were nearby. No doubt, the staff was super friendly, I definitely would have become their regular client if they could also be good in providing service. Their service was super slow, just for removal of paint, she took an hour I believe. First of all, she gave me a nail shape which was uneven, some nails were square, some coffin. Then, she applied paint, she coated corners a lot and left centre bit empty which made nails look weird, and she said nail paint has moved to corners as I am moving my hand to drier which is a very stupid reason to give. She quoted middle fingers too much that colour for them looked different than others. After being tired of correcting removing, I thought of leaving the place instead. I have been getting manicure from 3 years, and twice a month I get that done, I haven’t had a single bad experience than this one. I drove to my regular artist and got them redone just in half an hour, She recorrected everything, if you could see the pics after redoing it."

I thought maybe I could deal with the change, but I had to go somewhere else and have the nails redone less than a week after having them done!"

"I should probably get there before i rate it ... but my phone experience already threw me off.. my best friend got me a gift card for this spa for my birthday so I finally made reservations online for the thermal experience but then noticed they had the culinary discovery which seems super nice so I called to modify and mentioned i have a gift card I'd like to use .. i was first told I cant modify my appointment and then was told I cant use my gift card on the culinary package... OK so what is the point of getting a strom spa gift card if I cant use it how i please... super disappointed ND hoping the experience makes up for the lousy customer service / So!!! I went and the in person experience totally changed my view IT WAS AMAZING!!!! the staff were all so sweet the service was amazing as specially this one young girl Eden she was lovely. it was clean and relaxed, my boyfriend and I can't wait to go back. We left feeling so relaxed and it was well worth the money :) was able to use my gift card after all I think there was a misunderstanding on the phone 10/10 do recommend"

"It's a fantastic spa with amazing staff. For people who are larger than average they have robes that fit. Up to size 4XL. My French is terrible but the team made it easy to get all the information I needed. I'll be coming back enough to really focus on my French skills. From the main spa to the eucalyptus steam bath each location is clean, and well set for even the coldest days. The massage was also absolutely perfect. She had the right pressure and the temperature was absolutely spot on."

"Great experience at this Strom Spa location! We visited on a Monday and it was very quiet in the morning, but got a bit busier in the afternoon. The locker rooms and common spaces were very clean and cozy, and the cafe was delicious! My partner and I also enjoyed massages which were very relaxing. I highly recommend this location and am interested in visiting in the summer when I can enjoy the outdoor Adirondack chairs!"

ATTENTION: The days for Farida and Sara paying out kickbacks to tow truck drivers and other people referring business to health pro wellness will be over soon. I have never threatened anyone and will never do. But when the video evidence will come out then this will be undeniable. Health pro wellness is connected to utterly deceitful settling mill named Rooz law. Rooz law will take on as many cases as possible and settle for the lowest amount possible in order to maximize their profit. Do not listen to any tow truck driver who brings you to or refers you directly or indirectly to Health pro wellness (the tow truck driver will later on collect an envelope containing at least $ 1,500 in cash from Sara as a kickback; Sara is the half Portuguese, half Arab receptionist whose good looks shouldn't deceive you at all. Sara is utterly rude and incompetent). Farida will also just do her best to scam you. Rooz law and Health pro wellness are working together to make the most money possible from your accident benefits claims by making sure that Health pro wellness bills overinflated invoices for services that they never provided (so that both Rooz law and health pro wellness can later on split the proceeds from these invoices for services never provided and collect most of your accident benefits claim settlement). Stay away from Health pro wellness at all costs (and from anyone associated with them). Do not believe a single word from any of the fake positive reviews on here. Obviously both Rooz law and health pro wellness will completely deny this, but the truth just came out. I can only hope that health pro wellness shuts down asap."
