It was my first time at this Beauty Salon and Zineb was amazing! I had a full face wax done with eyebrows that she shaped with perfection just how I like them with next to no details - I just wanted them to be cleaned up and she didn’t only exceed my expectations but was also very quick! I also got Gel Nails done by her and I love how they turned out! I highly recommend giving this lovely business a visit, I felt right at home. The owner was so warm and friendly as well!

I went in for a wash and blowout, and the experience was awful from start to finish. The stylist didn’t say a single word to me, no greeting, no consultation, nothing. She immediately started washing my hair and then went straight in with heat tools without applying any kind of heat protectant, hair cream, or even towel-drying properly. My hair was still soaking wet when she started blow-drying it. The smell of my hair afterward was horrible, you could literally smell the heat damage. She added curls to the ends using a straightener, and I could feel my ends getting fried. When I got home, I had to rewash my hair, and now my ends are completely ruined, dry, brittle, and visibly damaged. This was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I’m never going back to this place again.

I left a review before, and it’s gone. Long story short - the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The lady who cuts the men’s hair has an attitude, avoid her (yes leaving your name out, out of courtesy). Took my son to get a haircut, and she started combing his curls with three spritz of water, no detangler, no shampoo. Then when my five year old said ow and she told me to leave, literally after ten seconds.

Good service, I'm happy with the amazing haircut done by the lovely hairstylist Rasha, with Zaineb's kindness and welcoming, I can't say enough about how professional and relaxful was Hedia's massage. She diligently explained where my pain was coming from, she is so kind and friendly. Keep up the great work Guys. Bonne continuation and thank you ????

Wonderful service at a very affordable price. Zainab did a fantastic job with my haircut and blow dry. Excellent for ladies who wear hijab. I called and they were able to give me an appointment right away as a walk in. Highly recommended!

Worst experience ever. First of all their timings are wrong on google. They close and open as their wish. I went in there and the told me they will provide all services and then someone escorted me inside sat me down and told me oh i dont know how to to threading while her colleague at the start said we can do it. I went in for waxing and after 2 milliseconds it was done no after service provided ( moisturizer or aleo vera) they by far have the worst customer experience. All the colleagues and owner sat on all chairs occupying the salon and had the audacity to tell me it was busy and they wont be able to do threading.

I just love this place, staffs, and their services. Mostly I do facial and haircuts here and I am 100% satisfied. I love how it is only for ladies. Hijabi like me can go and get the services without any hesitation. Keep up the good work sister Hedia and the team! Allah the best:)
