I have greatly enjoyed my experience at Leela Eco spa. I really liked their facilities and the fact that they don’t push to subscribe for another appointment or membership, etc like in other places. My therapist Eleanor was super friendly, professional, polite and attentive to my requests. Highly recommend her! They do provide slippers, robes, towels. You can take shower after massage, dry your hair, they have even spare new rubber bands for the hair if you need one. I am happy to discover this place for myself.

I did research leading up to my trip to Calgary. I had never had a facial before and I ended up choosing Leela Eco Spa - Beltline. The place was easy to find, clean, professional, and very relaxing. Check in was friendly and quick. Nice amenities provided. I booked a facial with Ann and it was wonderful. She explained the products and what she would do during the treatment. Very relaxing. I have been to all of the eco spa locations and each one is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to take care of you, to help you destress, and create the perfect environment for you to forget about all your worries. The noise level from the staff and other guests is next to nothing. The massage here is heavenly!!!! Whether you’re super tight or coming in to just simply relax they truly cater to YOU. They create an experience that makes you want to keep coming back for more. All the massage therapist are amazing at what they do and ensure you leave with any of your issues completely gone.

Booked a massage here because I had a gift card. The facilities are not very clean (i.e., the vent in the washroom is disgusting and there were dirty glasses in the waiting room which easily could have been taken away by the receptionist). The robes are way too short for someone to be comfortable in the co-ed waiting room which has no clock. My therapist was sick and coughed the entire time and also touched places I specifically asked her not to in my intake form, so I'm assuming it was not read. A few easy fixes and this place could be vastly improved.

My experience at this location is consistently excellent. Reception staff are warm and helpful, and I love their sitting area, sauna, and access to robes and slippers. Chandra has been my go-to massage therapist for years and I feel very heard when it comes to my massage requests!

My wife and I recently visited this spa for a couples massage. The staff were extremely accommodating, however during the massage we found that the massage oil was cold, the room was cold, the masseuses hands were cold. The establishment is in an old building, however they have tried to make the place look nice and feel comfy. Unfortunately, the room we were in you could hear the traffic and it wasn’t very relaxing to be hearing traffic whilst getting a “relaxing massage”

AMAZING!! I visited the Beltline location for the first time today and was truly impressed! I had a 60 minute massage with Tomoko and will be revisiting every time with her! I had a tension migraine when I went in and she managed to find and work on all the spots that needed to be worked on to relieve it. Not only is the massage great but the amenities were also fantastic. It was clean and quiet. I enjoyed the sauna got ready for the day in the change room and enjoyed a coffee before heading out! With the experience I had today, I will be back every month! 10/10!!!
