My friend and I went here on our girls weekend and did the full day spa package which included the salt cave, massage,facial, and mani/pedi. The massage and facial were great, but the mani pedi experience was horrible. I had polish on my toes, and when it came to my manicure she never had me wash my hands after the hand massage with oil nor did she clean my nails with alcohol or polish remover. My manicure was peeling and chipping by that evening. My friend had someone that didn't know what she was doing. My friend ended up stopping the manicure it was so bad, because she ended up with hang nails she didn't have before we arrived. As we were leaving I think the owner could tell we were not happy with the nails that she had the audacity to say her regular nail techs were at some mandatory training and didn't want to cancel appointments so had to call in last minute help. I would have rather her cancel the mani and pedi part of our day then have had the horrible mani and pedi. Photos are 2 days after my manicure. In a response to someone's review of me below. I did not receive a full refund and neither did my friend. And that review was not from another client as their was only one other client in the mani pedi room which was a gentleman and he got there after our pedicures were done and my mani was in process so it has to be feom an employee of that facility. I nor my friend were rude, but we were happy and we were trying to figure out how to politely leave as we were not happy with our mani pedi service. Also, I did not report the business to any authorities. I am not that petty. I would go back there for a massage but not a manicure or pedicure service.

A salt cave visit was very relaxing and much needed, providing an immune system boost, and also included a massage targeting the neck and shoulder. Thank you to all the staff for accommodating us for a spa day for my sister in law.

First time going to this spa & it was a wonderful experience. The spa is clean, intimate, & relaxing. I went for a deep tissue massage, Thai foot care & a Body Glow treatment. It was all wonderful and a great value for the prices they charge. I will definitely be returning & checking out their wonderful manicure & pedicure room overlooking the Detroit river. It's always iffy when you try a new establishment but my niece and I decided to give it a go at Litrosi Day spa. And we are ever so elated that we did!!!! The spa is perfectly set up to be intimate personable and quaint!! AK the owner and her lovely employee / masseuse Melanie were ever so delightfully pleasant and very professional!!! We had a salt scrub /wrap done along with a Swedish massage and reflexology. It was pure heaven from the time we walked in until the time we walked out of the door!!!! The Establishment was extremely clean and the perfect place to Let yourself Go and relax!!!! I can't say enough good things about this place we just had the best day ever!!! My first time receiving a massage in over 8 months. I can honestly say I’ve never felt so relaxed and fulfilled after a massage. The therapist Melanie was so attentive and considerate always checking to see if I was okay with her pressure. Will definitely be coming again soon!!

I had an incredible experience with Melani! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional demeanor. Her technique is absolutely amazing—she intuitively knew exactly where to focus and applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve my tension and stress. Melani’s attention to detail and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. She took the time to understand my needs and tailored the massage accordingly, leaving me feeling relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free. The entire experience was beyond what I expected, and I can confidently say she is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever visited. My friend and did the full spa day. The massage and facial were good, however the pedi was not, I ended up backing out of the mani. The nail tech had to ask the owner what to do next while I was getting my feet done. When she started the nail polish, she took a dry stick to take off the extra nail polish that was on my toes (there was still nail polish on my toes). I could tell the nail tech had no experience by the way she was holding all the tools. The owner was apologetic and insisted that the nail tech at least clean up my nails. She did not soak my hands and went straight for the cuticle pusher/clipper. She began to cut and now I have multiple hang nails. I didn't let her finish cleaning my nails. My friend and I were not rude about our experience. While I understand the normal nail techs were not there, but that doesn't excuse the lack of skills for a mani/pedi. I fully support small business, but the mani/pedi was unacceptable.

Incredible Spa! Great Service! I've been getting facials and massages there for the past few months and the staff is incredible! It’s frustrating to see people leaving harsh reviews instead of just talking to the owners and giving honest feedback. Running a business isn’t easy, and leaving a one-star review after just ONE VISIT is so unfair. Incredible example of this is shown with ' Amy Gursky' and 'Nicole Huebner' after ONE VISIT! Thanks for showing the Windsor community how important it is to wreck a small black business' reputation and discourage entrepreneurship. You don't like something - TELL THEM so they can improve. Miss AK is genuinely kind and goes out of her way to provide great service. Can’t wait for my next spa day with the girls!!
