I loooove this salon so much. I always get my nails done here. The quality of their services is amazing, the ambiance feels like a high end nail bar and the staff is so sweet. Really recommend. The midnight muse is my fav drink!!

Came here with 4 friends for a Mixology class with Ashley and it was a great time!! She was so knowledgeable and taught us some great tips and tricks. The drinks tasted great we made a cosmopolitan and a daiquiri. Everyone on the staff was very accommodating to our group. If I’m ever in Montreal I’d take the mixology class again or try one of their paint and sips.

I had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and Katya did an exceptional job on my nails. My nails are usually brittle and tend to break quickly after a manicure, but after getting them done by Katya, they lasted a full two months without a single dent! The Russian manicure technique is definitely worth it, even if it's a bit pricier, the quality make it absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommend! ????✨

Professional, talented and meticulous estheticians offering good basic services at good prices in a cute chic building. Looking for a place to go with your girlfriends? Plan an afternoon and go here for drinks and services then find a place for supper or dancing. Not sure why everyone tells me to go to Bota Bota or Nordic when there is somewhere so sweet like this I could go in Old Port! Thank you!

Initially came here to get a russian manicure with Katya (she’s amazing), eyebrow shaping and a pedicure. Left the salon only to realize they forgot the top coat on my pedicure and was stuck going to another nail salon to fix it. When I informed the manager of the situation she told me to come back (which was too late I already paid for the service elsewhere and i live an hour away) the manager offered me a manicure service for free for the next appointment. Called multiple times to confirm with her before taking my appointment, she never responded so I told the secretary the situation she took my appointment told me yes it will be free i asked for a russian manicure again. Comes the day for the second appointment, they had scheduled me a regular manicure instead I said fine, the manager was 20min late for my appointment, she rushed her work was harsh and when it came time to leave she said she was only giving me a 15% discount??? sorry why would i mobilize all the way to a salon that I paid for a service that I did not receive to its fullest to get a botched manicure with over-flooded cuticles… Edit: It seems that much of your response does not align with what actually happened. My review was an honest reflection of my experience, intended to help others make informed decisions and avoid unprofessional service. I have no interest in going back and forth on this matter through Google reviews. The opportunity to address my concerns was missed when your manager repeatedly failed to respond to my calls in a timely manner, and the lack of clear communication led to further frustration. This service was for a very special moment for me, and unfortunately, it left me with a very disappointing experience. While I appreciate your gesture of goodwill, the overall experience did not meet the expectations of such establishment. the service was rushed my esthetician (the manager was checking her phone during my appointment) ((you have cameras you can check if you need proof)). I also sent a picture for proof that the top coat was missing and that’s when I received a call back from the manager (you can refer to the picture I have attached as proof) the day of the initial appointment. I understand mistakes happen I don’t blame the esthetician for that, but this is a business and I paid for a service. I was told I was going to get a free manicure to rectify a situation but instead we are stuck in a he said/she said argument with a beauty salon that i paid a hefty price to avoid situations like these… the manicure i got was still rushed and botchy and this appointment is supposed to give this salon another shot.. very professional…

Lovely and relaxing afternoon; high tea is perfect to get pampered with a loved one and chat. The facial did wonders for my super sensitive skin and our mani-pedis look perfect. Service is professional and friendly, the atmosphere sophisticated but mellow. I highly recommend this salon.

Best massage and pedicure I have ever gotten!! The workers were so kind and the area was very relaxing.The massage was extremely calming and I would definitely get another one! Also, my pedicure wasn’t painful at all and she did an excellent job.
