Lumi frequently has RMT massage specials. Their RMTs are professional and do a good job. Came here once for the bath/therapeutic tub experience with friends. It was clean, and fun for photos. Convenient to have the shower in the same room (except the glass frosting could have been heavier...). The snacks were a bit odd, but the tea was good. Customer service is always speedy. They're awesome!

The overall experience was average. Experience was different than advertised on Tik Tok. No japenese kimono or calligraphy. Wish there were more options to choose the food menu to cater towards different customer wants instead of vegetables, nuts, and a side of ranch. The cleanliness could have been better, especially in the corners of the shower.

First time trying a Japanese inspired spa and the milk bath was so hydrating and a really relaxing experience with light refreshments and a calming atmosphere. Especially the aesthetic of the plants. Customer service was great and the staff were very welcoming! Definitely would come again especially during the winter season.

Good ambience and customer service however I’m not sure how the bamboo tub can be properly cleaned when there’s tape all inside the tub. Also, misleading with the snacks provided compared to the influencers’ posts. The tea that was provided was good. Overall, I’d only go during the promo pricing otherwise it’d be too pricey.

I had a wonderful time at Lumi Spa with my family. We went for the Red Maple Room Milk Bath experience. It was such a unique and fun way to spend the evening together, relaxing in a cozy, serene atmosphere. Lumi Spa made sure we were comfortable, offering us tea, snacks, bathrobes, and slippers, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The attention to detail and the soothing ambiance made it a perfect night of bonding and relaxation for all of us. Definitely will be coming back soon!

If you’re looking to spend a relaxing day then Lumi Spa is your go to. ???????? The whole place screams aesthetic???????? I absolutely had an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere. The traditional Japanese decor and calming ambiance instantly put me at ease. The Hot Milk bath treatment was outstanding— leaving us completely refreshed and stress-free. The rooms are designed so beautifully with different themes to choose from. Not only that, there’s so much to do within the room but I’m not going to spoil it for you. The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly, making sure every need was met. They also offered to click pictures! ???? Don’t forget to try on their traditional tea. Got to know some interesting facts ✨ Overall a 5/5 experience ⭐️

Entering the facility was a nice zen feeling. The staff were friendly and helpful. Went here for a massage and even though I didn't do an RMT massage it was still decent. I am a bit hard to please because when I want deep tissue I need it pretty deep to feel full enjoyment but for what it was worth I would recommend. Next time hopefully I get to try out that bath spa room experience they're known for.
