I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Mann Spa in Montreal. I initially reached out to them via phone, but was unable to speak to anyone because ever call would go to voicemail. Hoping for better luck, I sent an email inquiring about booking a hot towel shave for my brother-in-law's birthday. The reply I received was shockingly curt: "No, we do not." This one-liner failed to address any of my questions and left me feeling confused, especially since I had read reviews mentioning their towel shaves. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was met with a dismissive response implying they would rather not have certain customers, suggesting I was one of them. This was incredibly off-putting and disturbing. Their rudeness and unwillingness to engage with potential customers is baffling. Maybe they are making so much money that they do not care to get new clients, but this certainly doesn't excuse poor manners. It’s unfortunate that a business would treat a simple inquiry with such disdain, especially when all I wanted was to book a thoughtful gift for someone. Needless to say, I won't be giving Mann Spa my business now or in the future, and you should think about going somewhere else too!

I had a massage with Latoya. I have been treated with more than 20 massage therapists. She’s hands down the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of being massaged by. I’m only upset I’ve never met her before.

My husband and I went to the spa one morning during our family trip to Montreal. My massage therapist was wonderful. The Panpuri massage is a totally different experience - totally relaxing, and not to be missed. The price was reasonable with their summer special. We both throughly enjoyed the four hours we spent there.
