I recently had a reflexology massage with Ana, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Ana was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel at ease right away. She took the time to understand my needs and provided helpful insights throughout the session. The massage itself was exceptionally good—deeply relaxing, therapeutic, and very well done. I could feel the tension melting away. I left feeling completely refreshed and rebalanced. Ana’s technique and knowledge really stood out, and her genuine care made the experience even more special. Highly recommend Ana for anyone looking for a top-notch reflexology massage. I’ll definitely be back!

I had an incredible experience at Massage addiction. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and inviting. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. My therapist Jamie was highly skilled, ensuring the perfect balance of relaxation and relief for my sore muscles. Jamie focused on my sore muscles and made me feel refreshed. it was a truly rejuvenating experience. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend

I had been going to this place every month starting January of this year. In general, my massage experiences have been great, except that I never received a full 60m minute massage. One time, I was 15 minutes late, i had let the front desk know about it. When I arrived, another 20 minutes were gone in the masseuse asking me questions, etc. and the massage ultimately lasted 25 minutes. I didn't complain because het, I was late. So, I get it. There may be other clients waiting. However, every time I had gone back for massages, they lasted only about 40 minutes. I didn't complain with that either. What really got to me was that twice in the last 4 months, I received a call from the place 2 hours before the massage was set to start saying that it needed to be rescheduled due to the masseuse being unavailable. While I accept that things can happen and that sometimes, things don't go as expected, I reached out to the store asking if I would be compensated in anyway. Mainly because I had planned my day around it and it got canceled last minute. The response of the owner in this scenario was very very disappointing and it's unacceptable for me. The owner failed to take ownership and acknowledge the fact that incidents like this waste my time and spoke as if only the time of the masseuse was valuable and that my time didn't mean much. I will not be returning to Massage Addict anymore. This is a deal breaker for me and I cannot be a customer at a place like this.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored the massage to my specific needs. Robin was an excellent massage therapist, she really listened to my concerns and used massage techniques that I've never experienced with other massage therapists previously. She was warm, friendly and super knowledgeable! I already booked my next massage with her.

This is my second massage for pain in my back. And so far it has helped me a lot. The one advise would be that times starts counting when the massage starts. Not when you get changed and they ask questions. The massage ends up being 45m. Otherwise I'm very happy

Robyn was amazing ! I am usually very nervous when it comes to massages but her professionalism was fantastic . She kept checking on me and listened to me , worked on all the right spots and even took time to teach me some home exercises ☺️. Loved it and have told all my friends as well

Gayathri Mallur was one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She gets the knots out and uses multiple massage techniques to get the job done. You can tell she truly cares about her clients.
