The bed sheets and blanket were very dirty, and they do not believe in changing them. The 1-hour massage only lasted 45 minutes! The massager was good and professional , front desk clerk was kind. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Really loved the massage from Cecelia! She is very experienced and my back immediately felt much better. I came back a week later with a neck pain that I got after a different massage therapist in Bedford. The pain was so strong that it was difficult for me to work at my desk in the office. Cecelia massaged my neck and again the result was amazing! I feel a lot better - the pain is gone but I still try to be careful with my neck. But it's night and day! She basically saved me! And I would not recommend the Bedford Massage experts after that horrible experience that I had!

**Terrible Experience at Massage Experts** I recently visited Massage Experts with my wife, and it was the worst decision we've made. The service was terrible from start to finish. Despite both of us having different insurance companies, they refused to use our insurance cards for direct payment, causing unnecessary hassle and stress. The massage itself was far from relaxing. The therapists seemed inexperienced, and the overall atmosphere was anything but soothing. We left feeling more tense than when we arrived. I strongly advise against going to Massage Experts. Save your time and money and choose another massage business that values its customers and provides a truly relaxing experience.

Had an amazing experience at Massage Experts Halifax with Mackenzie! Front staff extremely welcoming and kind. RMT professional & makes you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend, I have had a lot of previous injuries that bother me daily which she addressed in a therapeutic but relaxing way. Feeling 10x better leaving the appointment ???? Will be back!

Had my first massage here in years and was very happy with the service! Reception staff are friendly and my masseuse (Bryden)was very considerate and did a great job. They also have loads of availability. Great experience overall, will definitely be going back for another!

I've been going there since February. I started going for deep tissue massage; due to a fall at work, and I kinda just stayed on after everything healed. My massage therapists were always very kind and respectful, and really helped to make me feel safe on the table (I have PTSD and being half naked on a table is never... The best experience, for someone like me). The receptionists are always kind and helpful and whenever I make a mistake with booking, help me right away. I primarily go for osteopath treatments now because of their recommendations, but also because I've noticed a huge difference in my life since starting that form of treatment. I trust Matt implisently, he makes the quiet feel safe again.
