"Unfortunate experience getting a pedicure. It was not enjoyable, the lady didn’t rub my feet or legs with the oil. It felt like she was rushing. She cut my toe and was continuously bleeding and hurt. For the price for you pay and the service you get, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointing."

"I'm very happy with my experience at Skinsational. My first time there, I went in a group and we all got shellac French tips done. The service was excellent and my nails lasted much longer than any previous manicure. This time I went for a basic manicure and polish, and again I had an amazing experience with customer service and the outcome of my nails. This time, I actually chipped one of my nails on the way out, and the girl who had done them touched it up right then and there for no extra charge. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area and definitely recommend Skinsational to anybody looking for a relaxing, professional, and elegant spa experience."

"Went in yesterday with a bridal party to get our nails done, this place is beautiful, clean and the staff is great the only down fall is that not even 3 hours of getting a regular manicure done the nailpolish started to chip thats my only complaint.. just keeps on peeling"

"I live in the US, my first order reached me within 5 days & all the liquids were carefully packaged with no leaks. I have found items with this shop that I can’t find anywhere else, like the apple mint oil. All of the oils are from her own garden which I saw Ontario local news clips about on YouTube, so the locally handcrafted claim is actually legit. I also appreciate that when it says non-toxic ingredients, it’s true. I have scoured numerous “natural/ toxic free” product websites that boast some tag line like paraben free, only to find that they have snuck in ingredients like propylene glycol or SLS for example. The items smell divine from the oils to deodorants & shampoos, & they’re effective! The tar pine shampoo has worked wonders in just a week on my oily scalp. I am looking forward to skin, scalp, & health improvements with continued use of these products. Lastly, I had a few questions before placing my second order, & the owner was very helpful in helping me pick items based on my skincare goals. I have placed a second larger order & can’t wait to receive my new items!"

"The bed sheets and blanket were very dirty, and they do not believe in changing them. The 1-hour massage only lasted 45 minutes! The massager was good and professional , front desk clerk was kind. Overall, I do not recommend this place."

"Really loved the massage from Cecelia! She is very experienced and my back immediately felt much better. I came back a week later with a neck pain that I got after a different massage therapist in Bedford. The pain was so strong that it was difficult for me to work at my desk in the office. Cecelia massaged my neck and again the result was amazing! I feel a lot better - the pain is gone but I still try to be careful with my neck. But it's night and day! She basically saved me! And I would not recommend the Bedford Massage experts after that horrible experience that I had!"

"**Terrible Experience at Massage Experts** I recently visited Massage Experts with my wife, and it was the worst decision we've made. The service was terrible from start to finish. Despite both of us having different insurance companies, they refused to use our insurance cards for direct payment, causing unnecessary hassle and stress. The massage itself was far from relaxing. The therapists seemed inexperienced, and the overall atmosphere was anything but soothing. We left feeling more tense than when we arrived. I strongly advise against going to Massage Experts. Save your time and money and choose another massage business that values its customers and provides a truly relaxing experience."

"I've been going there since February. I started going for deep tissue massage; due to a fall at work, and I kinda just stayed on after everything healed. My massage therapists were always very kind and respectful, and really helped to make me feel safe on the table (I have PTSD and being half naked on a table is never... The best experience, for someone like me). The receptionists are always kind and helpful and whenever I make a mistake with booking, help me right away. I primarily go for osteopath treatments now because of their recommendations, but also because I've noticed a huge difference in my life since starting that form of treatment.
