I have tried 3 different massage therapists here and have stuck with one of them for over a year. Every one of them is very skilled and knows what areas help with the pain and discomfort you are feeling. The prices do range for different people and the treatment you like. Very relaxing environment and the reception staff are very kind and helpful!

Be very careful with your gift vouchers. Bought mine for my mom and nobody indicated these expired. Bought it and was only valid for 3 months before its expired. Mom went in to get massage and was turned away. Attempted to reason with assistant manager and he didn't care for anything I said. Wasted $120, careful with your money here!

Booked a couple’s massage a week in advance as a birthday gift for my partner. We arrived 45 minutes early, checked in, and were told it was fine to step out briefly. We returned 5mins before our appointment time, only to be told they had double-booked the couple’s room and could no longer accommodate us. Despite having a full week to catch the error — and us arriving early — they gave the room to another couple. Their only solution was to reschedule. We left disappointed and frustrated. Their explanation for not accepting insurance (“it creates a mess”) only reinforced how disorganized they are. Would not trust them.

I’ve been on the 12 month program and it’s been fantastic! This place is great for recovering from injuries or plain relaxation. All the receptionist are professional and knowledgeable same with the masseuses that I’ve had. I recommend Amy has she always has me feeling great afterwards and is easy to talk or if you prefer not to talk she doesn’t force you to be social. If you are in need of a massage I recommend this place! :)
