The atmosphere was very relaxing, Kristen did an amazing job with her massage, she is very skilled and was able to find and focus on key areas causing me problems, I felt much better immediately after and I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I booked a treatment with Erica addressing mostly upper body concerns and she helped me with all my body ailments. She is a good deep pressure therapist if that’s your preference. She is also very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Would recommend booking here

Best massage I have ever experienced. I enjoy deep tissue massage and some pressure points. The benefits of this are felt within a day or two. The owner is caring and attentive and treats you with respect. The massage is a bit pricey but worth every cent. She accepts insurance such as green shield and has debit. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Sometimes hard to book an appointment on short notice so recommend booking in advance
