Lisa is AMAZING! She has helped me with severe acute pain, times when I could barely walk and relaxation massage, as often as I can book it. She is knowledgeable, professional and gives me great advice on follow up I can do at home. Whether it’s proper stretching (and the right stretches to do) or how much water to consume or how to prevent future injury, Lisa has given me tools and health care that has improved my life over the past four years. She makes me feel safe with ever-changing regulations from Public Health as well as valued in knowing my own body and, so she can ultimately serve me to live a healthier life. Lisa was exceptional, to put it simply. This was my first time getting a massage from a RMT and she walked me through the process beforehand so I wouldn't be surprised during the massage. My shoulders literally feel as if a weight has been lifted off of them. I will definitely be back in the near future and I highly recommend Lisa to everyone

I saw Lisa today for the first time and was very pleased with her professional manner and genuine concern for my issues. It was quite evident from her set up that she is adhering strictly to COVID-19 disinfection and screening protocols which really put my mind at ease. Lisa used the perfect amount of very firm pressure and completely eased the tension in my upper back and shoulders. I will be back. Thanks!

First off I wanna say amazing massage !!! Lisa is very professional and personable , has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable about her profession. Listens to the concerns and try’s to help work out a plan on how to fix the problem areas to prevent further issues ,Works in a clean environment and felt very at ease.
