My experience was amazing. I have a very itchy scalp, and I felt so good after just one head spa. It’s been a week now, and my scalp still feels fresh. I loved the Aveda scalp exfoliant that was used on me, and I’ll continue to use it from now on.

Absolutely amazing experience! We did the premium headspa and oh my goodness what an absolute treat! Shaunna and Scarlet were amazing, the treatment provided for myself and my friend was spectacular and we both left with AMAZING results and the cleanest scalps we have ever had. Love all the products used and was so relaxed the whole time. Thank you so much we will certainly be back!

I wanted to try a Japanese Head Spa and found this spa on Instagram. I booked the Premium Japanese Head Spa with a professional blow out. It was amazing. My hair and scalp felt to clean and fresh after the treatment. I also enjoyed a honey facial massage. It was very relaxing and my skin felt so soft after.

I am so happy that I found My Haven Spa! The head spa treatment was absolutely amazing. I have struggled with dandruff for a long time and have always wanted to check on the condition of my scalp. I was so surprised by how effective the treatment was! She used Aveda’s scalp exfoliating treatment on me. I loved the smell and the fantastic results. I will definitely be back!

This spa is absolutely amazing! Tina is a phenomenal owner who genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her service. She even traveled to Japan to master the art of the Japanese head spa, and it shows—she’s now recognized as one of the best in Canada. I also had their deep tissue massage, which was incredible. I tend to have deep knots that are hard to work out, but they handled it perfectly. I highly recommend this spa to anyone!

I recently tried the Premium Japanese Head Spa, and while the overall experience was good, it didn’t quite live up to the way it’s portrayed on social media. A few things I was disappointed with, I never got the 10-minute massage, the steam treatment lasted maybe two minutes as well and the halo water fountain was really only used to wet my hair rather than being a featured part of the experience. If this is being positioned as a “luxury” treatment, I’d recommend a few upgrades to enhance the experience, heated tables or blankets would make a big difference, as the room felt quite cold throughout the service. I do want to say I really liked having the hair analysis, hopefully I can care for my hair more with seeing the before and after images. The dry brushing was really nice as well. It was a good experience overall with having a gift card, but with how much it is and with added tip making the cost $200 I don’t think I would go back.

My Haven Spa is amazing. The lady at the front desk was friendly and made me feel welcome the minute I stepped in. I loved how they offered water and asked if I needed a bathroom break before starting my session. I chose to do the Japanese Head Spa. It was complete bliss. My hair and scalp are feeling so amazing and I could see the results with the fancy little scalp camera they have. I came here to celebrate my birthday. When I checked out, I was given a birthday card and chocolates! So thoughtful. I will be coming back again.

I absolutely love my experience at My Haven every time! I’ve been here three times now, and each visit has been fantastic. The head spa treatments are incredibly relaxing, and my hair feels like silk for days afterward. I also had a deep tissue massage from Celina, and it was wonderful her technique is amazing! The staff are very friendly and always make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate.
