First Impression Feedback: I recently (about a month or two ago) discovered Myokinetics while picking up my children from school. I was pleasantly surprised to find a registered massage clinic so close to home, as we recently moved to the neighborhood from Ontario. Out of curiosity, I decided to step in and inquire about their services. Unfortunately, my visit was not as welcoming as I had hoped. Despite entering with a friendly demeanor and greeting the staff, I was met with an unwelcoming and disapproving expression from the receptionist. Admittedly, I was dressed casually, as it was during a school run with my kids, but I felt the reaction was unwarranted. While I still made inquiries, the experience left a negative impression. It’s possible the receptionist was having a challenging day or was unprepared for a visit involving young children. However, the lack of professionalism in that moment has made me hesitant to engage further with this establishment. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism and encourages the team to create a more inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for potential clients in the future. It was a look of pure irritation almost like we had no business being there and has left a bitter first impression.

Anthony is one of the best RMTs I've ever had! Not only is he professional and kind, he is very good at what he does. He provides optimal care for all of his patients. He is so knowledgeable and shares education on how to best help my specific needs. I'm a runner and I enjoy strength training and lifting weights. At every appointment, he is always checking in on how I've been feeling and what I need worked on. I always appreciate the check-ins because not everyone's recovery or journey is linear.
