I came to the spa leery after some of the negative reviews, but I had such a good experience! I agree that the curtain between beds doesn't feel adequate, but luckily I was the only one there during my treatment. The lighting and ambience was relaxing and everything was very comfortable. The bed is just a little short if you're around 6' or more ;) I was asked for feedback on pressure during the massage; even when I took a deep breath because it felt good, she checked to make sure she hadn't hurt me! Some of the massage was deep but I go way more intense when I get massage therapy and it was nothing like that. (There was a little bit of more aggressive Thai massage on the arms that would be a surprise if you weren't expecting it!) Everything she did felt so good and I have not felt that relaxed in ages! If your hair can handle it (mine is as straight as can be so no issues), the optional blow dry at the end had a little extra massage included. I was expecting to sit in a blow dry chair so it still being hands on at that time was nice. The tea (which is hot enough!) and fruit were a nice touch. For sensitive skin / allergy people, I have to be really selective with my products but I just went for the full experience planning to wash off anything my body didn't like later. I did well with all the scents and only the final facial moisturizer caused me any irritation. I would definitely come back again when I want to splurge :)

Experience was ok but I do have to wonder what qualifications the staff have to perform this work. There’s a massage component to neck, shoulders and arms, are they massage therapist? Have they gone to cosmetology school? I had a very young man that although was lovely and polite, did not speak very good English. I felt like he was pulling items out of a box to fill time, wire head scratcher for a few seconds, battery operated massage tool ran once over my head. I was excited for the head spa water massage like in the pictures but that was used at the very end for a few seconds. There was no forms or questionnaire about hair types or products. I have no idea what was actually used. As previous reviews mentioned there’s 3 beds that are divided by curtains, very strange set up that isn’t private. I also agree with the comments about the blow dry at the end. He has absolutely no idea what he was doing drying my wavy hair, it was actually comical. I figured this would happen and planned accordingly to go straight home to do my own hair after. They provide luke warm tea and a few grapes and cantaloupe at the end. Overall it felt like an attempt at a high quality spa experience but fell flat especially for the cost, I did the 60 minute appt. I’d rather get a massage from a professional that I can claim on my health benefits and get a head massage from my hairdresser.

Unbelievable. Such a luxurious pampering. Absolutely nothing like it. Tracy and Ken were SO lovely and accommodating. If I could rate it TEN stars I would rate it TWENTY!! Oh - and for those of you “disappointed” by the blow dry…. It’s a blow dry…. Not a blow out and style. They didn’t advertise that they will blow out and style your hair. They dry it. So you should not be deducting stars for that. They give an amazing experience that is so pampering and relaxing and then they dry your hair. I have already rebooked and will be giving certificates as gifts. They are a unique and beautiful way to spend 90 minutes!!

My sister and I came for side by side deluxe and premium treatments, and we LOVED IT. Helen and Tracy did our services, and they were very kind. The rooms are such a vibe with great ambiance and pretty lights, and every product felt so luxurious and smelled amazing! I have some damage from bleaching my hair, and I haven’t seen it this shiny in months! My hair is so smooth and beautiful Everyone here was very kind and the man working the front desk made sure to ask us if we had any particular concerns. That was great Overall I loved loved LOVED my experience and my sister are already planning another day to come back!!! Truly luxurious ????

Our spa day surpassed expectations, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. Every detail, from the welcoming reception to the complimentary refreshments, was exceptional. The serene atmosphere, complemented by soothing water features and calming music, fostered a deeply relaxing environment. The facial and scalp massage were outstanding; the 90-minute session felt remarkably shorter. You made it diffcult to leave! We will be booking again soon. This is highly recommended when you need to rejuvenate.

This experience was INCREDIBLE!! I got the express package which was the shampoo, condition and massage. Which seems like such a simple service but they went above and beyond. Every step was so relaxing and they really took her time. Worth every penny!! I will for sure be coming back for the other packages!

I am incredibly disappointed!my wife has her birthday coming up so i wanted to surprise her and a friend with a spa day soI booked in two spots for the 110 min package, and the morons texted my wife the conformation and not me! I never gave them her phone number just mine! Now the cat is out of the bag and the surprise is ruined! The wife and I were here last year and I hated it! I felt sick to my stomach the hole time with the awful smells! The staff doesn't speak English so when you tell them to softened up the don't undstand!

My step-daughter and i had a BEYOND incredible first time experience today getting the RELAXATION SPA - 60MIN (+ Hair Dry Service Time) that we were able to experience at the same time together! VERY clean and professional establishment as well! All staff were very friendly and polite as well making sure we both were comfortable, happy and beyond relaxed!! We will definitely be back and recommend this establishment and express our relaxing and amazing experience to all family and friends ????
