Spent 30 min getting a very nice massage from Yuki. The spa was very well decorated, booking was simple and the staff was very pleasant.
Went in for a 30 minute massage which cost $50 I gave her a $100 bill just kept asking if I wanted other services I kept saying no wasn’t even 20 mins and she’s like time is up and wouldn’t give me my change back then just gave me a $20 bill and said rest is her tip she forcefully took the tip when I said no give me my change back. I would like to talk to management.
I recently went for my first massage at New Start. The facility was clean, warm and Yumi was very professional. Her back walking was exactly what I needed. As a result, I will definitely be a repeat customer.
