I come here for all my skin products, facials, peels, botox and lip injections. They’re very knowledgeable and friendly! Today Erin gave me the best facial and scalp massage with my chemical peel. My hydrafacial was less than the 60 minutes and was closer to 35 minutes in total. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was left there on the room for 5 minutes and stood in line to pay for another 5 minutes which the credit card transaction shows 3:18pm. The aesthetician also said they don’t do extractions during the procedure but it clearly states that in the service description. She barely used the machine on my face. I was met with prejudice in roaming around the spa even though I was there waiting for an appointment and treated as if I couldn’t afford to pay for a facial.

I had an amazing experience getting a Biologique Recherche facial from Leslie! She’s so knowledgeable & the facial was so relaxing & left my skin with a radiant glow! Plus the Interior is so beautiful!

I’ve received such incredible service at North Medical Spa! My skin has truly never looked so good and I receive compliments on my skin all the time now. I haven’t felt this confident without makeup in years. I first went to North Medical Spa to find a solution for stubborn acne that I had been dealing with for over a year. After four sessions of the BBL Forever Clear my skin is completely changed for the better and I’m barely experiencing any breakouts, compared to CONSTANT breakouts I was having before. The service is truly unmatched as well, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Leslie has been amazing at tailoring the treatment to address my concerns and is so lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I’ve always had a great experience. I see Leslie for my treatments and she is the best - so knowledgeable, friendly, and really good at what she does. I’ve had a chemical peel and a few HydraFacials and had great results. I also appreciate and trust any advice she gives me on treatments and my skincare.

I came to this spa for a hydra facial and was super pleased with my treatment! The spa is aesthetically beautiful and it’s instantly welcoming upon walking in. My facial with Leslie was amazing. She is super knowledgeable and provided amazing techniques throughout. She was able to provide insight into my skin texture / needs that I found very useful. I purchased some product and will be back again!

Found this store accidentally while strolling downtown Oak. I am so glad to find such amazing store with good quality products like Elta MD, Alumier etc Pooja (front desk) has an amazing personality and very helpful, definitely my new favourite store.
