The skin under my eye is burned like from acid burn. I’m not sure what they used to clean or spray on as disinfectant but now my skin is ruined. The massage was not great either. "My hydrafacial was less than the 60 minutes and was closer to 35 minutes in total. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was left there on the room for 5 minutes and stood in line to pay for another 5 minutes which the credit card transaction shows 3:18pm. The aesthetician also said they don’t do extractions during the procedure but it clearly states that in the service description. She barely used the machine on my face. I was met with prejudice in roaming around the spa even though I was there waiting for an appointment and treated as if I couldn’t afford to pay for a facial."
