From the moment I arrived there I felt super well taken care off, the skin care was super relaxing and left my face super glowy, soft and well hydrated, this was a must specially during winter I needed this so bad! Same goes for the Japanese head spa, I had an amazing experience, massage and deep cleaning that left my hair super soft and hydrated as well. Will definitely make this part of my seasonal routine ????

Tifanny is so sweet. She made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in and I knew I was going to have a good pampering session. My scalp feels so light and clean. The before and after she showed me was very different. Would definitely come again and try the facial on top (: thank you!

I had a wonderful experience at Onatura Spa. Tifanny was incredibly kind and professional. She gave me great advice and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. The service for the head spa therapy was excellent. I highly recommend it!

I made an appointment for microneedling 3 weeks before my appointment. About 2 weeks before, I reached out on Facebook messenger about the information I would need for prior to the procedure and post the procedure. They told me that one week before my appointment I would receive this information. I hadn't received this information when they had told me therefore I reached out via email, messenger and phone. I never received any message or phone call back. The evening before my appointment at around 9pm , they told me they sent out the information out to the wrong email address but I was already asleep. When I messaged back in the morning , they had told me I had to stop retinol a week before and I had used it that week. So I had to cancel my appointment because of the inconvenience of this company. I was disappointed because at the end of the day, the client is not supposed to do your job and make sure you reach out to them with the information. It is your job to make sure everything is sent to the person so they don't have any reactions during and after the procedure. If I can't even trust them with reaching out to me considering the amount of time I reached out to them, I definitely cannot trust them with my skin.

I had an amazing experience with Mariello!! She was very professional and kind. I enjoyed my facial (Hydro Dermabrasion and Signature Head Spa Therapy) both treatments were very relaxing and she was very gentle. I was the most relaxed I've ever felt. Thank you so much Mariello :)

I recently tried the Japanese Head Spa, and it was an amazing experience. The salon was clean, beautifully decorated, and very relaxing overall. The esthetician was attentive, caring, and very pleasant. The pressure of the scalp massage was perfect, relieving all the tension in my head and neck. The 75-minute treatment included a mini facial jelly mask that left my skin nourished. The scent of the products used was enchanting and very pleasant. I had an excellent first head spa experience in Montreal and I already booked a facial for my next treatment. I highly recommend this place and thank the esthetician for her professionalism and kindness.
