I’ve just completed my third electrolysis session with Felicia and I am so impressed. She targets a lot of hairs in a short span of time and is extremely detail oriented. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories of hyperpigmentation and blisters from electrolysis, while I understand that can still happen, I’ve had no issue of the sort with Felicia, I truly believe it’s because of how professional and good she is at her craft. But above all, she is so kind, flexible and sweet! The last two appointments, I came in as a mess from being slightly late and needing to take care of an emergency, she was so kind and so understanding. Above my expectations!! I am so glad I chose to go to this location! Lovely service and lovely people, I appreciate their hospitality. Looking forward to my next appointments! Many thanks:)

Went for a shellac manicure and it was outstanding. I have very short nails and she still managed to make them look absolutely gorgeous. She paid extra attention and was a great conversationalist. She makes it easy to want to return.

From the kind welcoming staff at the reception to the amazing aesthetician’s services, the quality of their products & services and the beauty & cleanliness of their facilities, this place will not disappoint! Special shoutouts to Mimi the owner who prioritize her client’s needs and genuinely wants every single one of her clients to have the best experience and also to Amanda who is the most caring , comforting and gentle aesthetician who somehow always makes me feel at ease within the first 30 seconds I walk in! I have been a client since the very beginning and I swear I could write a 5 star review EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Poor customer service to a long time client. I’ve been a long time client a just a few months ago purchased the same product I’ve been buying from them for years and explained to the receptionist that i went through the same process last time. I know how the process works. I had to make 3 separate phone calls to only be called back as I was boarding my flight. I explained it was a time sensitive matter and why.. as a side note, I’ve stopped visiting this business for body treatments as I could not get past the tamper of my service provider. Avoid! I easily bought the product from another medi spa .

I've been to Ottawa Medispa Trainyards for different types of services. I love getting Shellac Manicures and Signature Pedicures. I've recently started getting my eyebrow shaping with hard wax. This is the perfect wax for sensitive skin. I've had my services done by 3 different estheticians, and they are all very professional. They hold a high standard for cleanliness. I love going to relax at this SPA!

I have been a client since it opened. I love this place! The staff is so nice and welcoming, and always a pleasure to see! Best place for pedicures, Amanda is the best! Highly recommend. I have been doing facials with Sue for 3 + years now and I cant believe how much my skin has improved. She always recommends the best facials and products for my skin type. She works wonders! Sue is amazing and really takes good care of you, I cant wait for my next appointment!

I have been going to the Ottawa Medispa Trainyards (prev Bank Street) location for a few years now and am always so pleased with the services I receive. Most recently I have had the pleasure of working with Sue for laser hair removal and have had phenomenal results. She is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional, I always look forward to catching up during our appointments. I also did this during COVID and even with all of the closures and inconsistencies, I am thrilled with my results. I can't recommend it enough!
