I wasn't sure what to expect. I generally don't stray from my usual spot ( wellknown franchise conglomerate). But my current spot does not offer reflexology services and I've been dealing with a knot in my foot that wouldn't untie itself. I called them after seeing a roadside sign advertising a sale. Not only was the reflexology service a great price but they offered a great deal for an hour long body massage. I booked the two services. The body massage was torture (aka. a very good massage). My masseuse really worked out my tension. I have a lot anxiety and tense up during massages in general. But she didn't hold back and did everything to get my muscles to loosen up. I think she combined different methods. It was rough but necessary and I walked out feeling much better. The foot massage was pretty good. I would have preferred more concentration on my feet and less leg stuff since I already had a my legs massaged with my body massage. Interestingly enough, I forgot to mention the area of my foot that had knots because I fell asleep during the service but she found the problem area and went to town on it without me having to say anything. As it stands, my foot feels much better. Honestly, overall it was a great experience. The sessions started late but time was made up in the end. Five stars for this establishment. I will definitely make a monthly visit. Great location. Friendly masseuse. Fantastic pricing. And decent amount of parking. Highly recommend.

Having been a customer for years with Perfect Wellness, now my every visit feels like coming to see an old friend, relax and comfortable. I remember I had a frozen shoulder on my right side suddenly in 2018 and it was very painful. I was treated in Perfect Wellness for around 6-7 times and recovered soon after all the treatments including acupuncture and massage therapy. Now I still go to Perfect Wellness whenever I need a relax. Thank you and highly recommend.

I have frozen shoulder and Dr. recommended me to do physiotherapy. I've done more than 25 times at other clinic but with slow improvement. So I decided to try massage therapy and hope it will help me get better quick. I had my massage therapy here and the therapist was so kind and understanding throughout each of my massage therapy sessions. After about 3 sessions, my hand can rise higher and feel less pain. I was so happy and surprised. She helping me recover so quickly from my frozen shoulder. My pain is almost gone now. Thanks for going above and beyond to help me:-)

I have been suffering from shoulder pain for a long time. After treatment here last week, the pain disappeared. The back stepping treatment was also very professional and made me feel physically relaxed afterwards. recommend

I went to Perfect Wellness Centre for a hydrating facial today through a Groupon and for what I paid ($26), it was worth it. Kelly was the esthetician and she was professional and gave amazing massages! One thing the promotion does not include was extractions which was an additional $15. That was a disappointment as facials usually come with it. The spa was clean and it was located in a good area in Markham. There were employees/clients talking loudly outside of the room for a good portion of the facial which was bothersome. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. My skin feels smoother and Kelly was knowledgeable and professional.

I paid for a 70 minute massage that started at 5:35 PM and ended at 6:26 PM. Out of the less than 60 minutes, 20 minutes was them putting a sheet mask on me and leaving me in the room. Dont waste your time or money.

Bad experience- my back is sore after the massage and worse part is facial. They don’t even know F of facial, no facial massage was done, no exfoliating,no scrub and funny part is she removed my wet mask. Would not recommend.

I’m never disappointed when I go to this place . They are knowledgeable and pay extra attention to areas that need it. The massage rooms are very clean, service is great and staff are friendly.Highly recommend.
