Poor service all around! We got a quote for a new pump to be installed which we agreed to. The tech showed up, spent 5 min, yup just 5 min with my husband, told him to check the electrical outlet and gfi and left. The tech gave my husband his cell number and so he texted the tech a few times and the tech told him via text to now try and use a hose and see if the pool was clogged. We then got billed for the 5 min service $130. Again, nothing was actually, physically done by the tech. Waste of our time and money! Since we got nowhere with this company, we bought the pump online and my husband installed it with no problems! We had no issues with electrical or clogging or anything else. We just needed a new pump installed. They are rude and unresponsive. Use other companies.

After a first and only horrible experience with Pool Solutions, I found this company. The technicians are experienced and very good at what they do. I have no issue with the technicians at all. I also had no trouble booking a service appointment. The technicians are the stars of this company. The office, however, deserves zero stars. In 2023, I needed a filter clamp for the pool. The person in the store found one in their inventory, telling me the price was $3.25 or whatever the number was (I can't remember the exact price offhand). When it came to paying, I was told the price was $325! For a plastic filter clamp! The management must be crazy to be marking up a clamp by 1000%. I got the clamp online for a fraction of the price. Today is July 18, 2024. I was billed $510 to have a new dial valve installed on the sand filter. When I booked the appointment over the phone, I was told the part was in stock and was $45. I was billed $276.99 for the part after the technician completed the job. It was an error on my part for not asking the office for the price in writing. I already paid a labour fee for the first service call for diagnosis and was told that I don't have to pay a second labour fee. Today's bill had another labour fee. I'm really pissed off today with my bill from the office. I don't expect anything to be done about it because I already spoke to the office without results. Thanks to the technicians Chris and Simon!

Horrible experience with pool pump order and installation. Many scheduling issues and in my opinion unprofessional behavior. They showed up without confirming an appointment the first time. Then missed multiple follow up service appointments when they assured they would be here and never showed or called to say they wouldn't show. When they finally did show up, it was once again unannounced, opened the gate to the backyard and started service without letting us know they were here. Their service department became audibly frustrated when we asked why they started service without informing us they'd arrive at our house and when we asked why they let themselves in, and insisted this was normal. Then they left with our old pump before we stopped them to ask for it back, although they did give it back when asked. They also blamed us for not being available for the first time they showed up unannounced before WE had confirmed the appointment. As for the quality of the installation, they did not test anything before leaving to confirm if it works. Will update if there are any problems with it, their negative reviews at least in regards to service are deserved.

Shockingly poor service. A minor pool repair became a huge inconvenience. Communication with service department was bad. No effort to communicate changes in schedule. When the repair guy finally came out, he only did half the job. After I sent many emails, made several phone calls and finally made a trip to the store to talk with the service manager in person, he came out again and the issue still wasn’t fixed. I gave up and went elsewhere.

After a few months of planning and construction, Dave and his crew finished up our new in ground pool. Their commitment and attention to detail has been terrific and we are thrilled to dive in next summer!

Been tryng to purchase an A7L hot tub from here since the middle of June. The Sales Rep Cory keeps sending me the wrong link for the financing and since then nothing. The phone is never answered!! I have left multiple voice messages and have yet to get a call back. Trevor F Thank you for your reply. To clarify, I did originally get 3 quotes from dealers in the area. The one dealer asked what quote I got and wanted to match it. They could not at which point, I did tell Cory that I would proceed with the quote I received from you. The finance link was sent, however it was the dealers link and I never heard anything since I sent an email stating that. Understood, We have an understanding.

Terrible service. I spoke with Corey and was convinced to order a part from him because if I ordered it before 11am I could potentially see it the next day because orders come in on Tuesdays and the supplier has it in stocks. It never came in. The following Tuesday I tried contacting him to ask when I could expect the part. He will not return the call. I went to the store and now he has told me that he has no idea when it will come In response to owner... I asked if I should pay for the part and was told not to worry about it until it came in. So I am unsure where the no commitment part comes into play. My frustration is lack of communication and that I called multiple times for an answer. Did not receive one and then I called 5 times always going to voice-mail until I used my wife's phone to call and then it was answered immediately. The girl who works there and called me to let me know about no timeliness for the part has always been very helpful and nice to deal with.

Beyond disappointed in this company. Started the process twice to try to sign a contract with this company. The first sales guy disappeared and then the second sale girl seemed great but half way through negotiating the contract she completely ghosted us. Wouldn’t return phone calls, texts, emails. So unprofessional and so much time wasted. If they can’t even show professionalism in the contract signing process imagine once we had given them money! So glad we didn’t give them a cent! Stay away!
