Had the Pure + Simple facial today with Dayana and it was incredible! She was very kind and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable at all times. I’ve had quite a few facials before and this one is definitely a contender for the best facial I’ve ever had. Relaxing atmosphere and I was able to book an appointment 2 hours before I wanted to come in. Will be back for sure :)

Having a spa day at Pure + Simple Richmond Hill for my birthday was the perfect decision! It was such a great experience, as always. I love this place—the staff is so friendly and made me feel like part of the Pure + Simple family. The spa is beautiful and relaxing, which made my special day even better. I had microdermabrasion and IPL treatments, and my skin feels so smooth and fresh! The IPL treatment was gentle, and I can already see a nice glow. Had an amazing treatment from Dayana today. She is truly a professional: tentative, detail oriented and caring. Her massage is super relaxing. I’ve tried Pure and Simple two times so far; every time it is a 10/10 experience. Their service is top notch; the treatment rooms are new, spotless and comfortable; their products are natural and nourishing; I even like their massage bed and the linen! No details or expenses were spared; nothing looks cheap or careless thrown together. I’d be a long time loyal customer if they keep doing what they do.

I had the Sea Salt Microdermabrasion facial yesterday and it was amazing. The owner was so knowledgeable and kind and the facial was one of the best I had. My skin looks amazing and brighter! I'll go back for more!
